Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of February 1-5 tease that guilty Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) will have a confession to make when she returns to Salem. Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will note that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has agreed to a paternity test.
Jennifer suggest that Jack and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) are off dealing with it as they speak.
Laura will surprise Jennifer and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) when she admits there’s something they should know. Days spoilers say Laura will get weepy as she comes clean about hoping this secret would stay buried.
Laura never thought she’d have to tell Jennifer any of this, but the real story has to come out now that Gwen has surfaced and targeted the Deveraux clan.
Laura found out about Tiffany Rizczech and the child Jack fathered, so she tried to brush the whole thing under the rug. She let Tiffany think she was Jack’s secretary and made all those payments Gwen talked about.
After Tiffany died, Laura apparently stopped sending the checks and just assumed the problem was over.
The trouble is Laura didn’t count on vengeful Gwen going after Daddy Jack and his beloved daughter. Abigail paid dearly, so Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will want Gwen to pay as well once they have a run-in.
As Julie’s about to be released from the hospital, she’ll spot Gwen there and may flash back to seeing her at Julie’s Place the night Abigail’s drink was drugged.
Gwen will be rude and too smug for Julie’s taste, so Julie will leap out of her wheelchair and make this confrontation a physical one. It’ll be Jack who sends the women to their corners.
Julie will be discharged, but Gwen will stick around so she can watch Jack read the paternity test results. He’ll get evidence that Gwen is his own flesh and blood.
Following the DNA proof, Jack will throw money at Gwen and try to convince her leaving Salem is for the best. Jack will wonder how much it’s going to take to get rid of Gwen, so she’ll be appalled.
Since Jack will refuse to confess any knowledge of Gwen’s daughter status before now, she’ll be livid. The fact that Jack’s trying to buy her off will earn Jack a fierce slap in the face.
Afterward, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will threaten Gwen in her suite at the Salem Inn. Days spoilers say Chad will vow to do anything to bring Gwen down. The sky’s the limit on how far Chad will go, but Gwen won’t exactly be shaking in her boots.
Chad isn’t someone Gwen fears considering how easy he was to manipulate.
Meanwhile, Jack will return to the Horton house and get stunning updates from Laura. He’ll realize why Gwen believed she was abandoned, so he’ll blast Laura and get comfort from Jennifer. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jack will know he needs to find a way to make this right somehow.
Next, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will awaken to a familiar face in the hospital. He’ll share some heartfelt moments with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), who’ll undoubtedly admit Brady gave her quite a scare.
Days spoilers state that Brady will get the scoop on Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) wild actions, including her prison getaway and how she almost shot Chloe.
Brady will lecture Kristen over the phone and admit to being “mad as hell,” so “Bristen” will be on the outs for the time being. Nevertheless, Kristen will come up with a plan to make sure Brady doesn’t fall for Chloe again – and that plan will involve Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk)!
Susan will also have an intriguing interaction with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) in the week ahead. There’ll be some premonition or vision that fills Susan with excitement.
DOOL spoilers say Susan will know with absolute certainty that Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) is alive. She’ll push Ben to trust her on this – and he should since he knows it in his heart as well.
Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will also get the news from Susan and wonder what she can do to help Ben find Ciara. Speaking of Ciara, she’ll catch Rhodes (Jason Downs) off guard by picking up a tray and smacking him with it while he’s on a phone call.
There’ll be an escape attempt that brings some wild drama, but Ciara’s getaway is destined to fail.
There’s another intriguing Ciara scene in DOOL’s extended weekly preview, so let’s talk about it. “You poisoned me!” Ciara shouts in the promo as Chinese takeout boxes sit in front of her.
Rhodes will apparently sedate Ciara through something placed in the food, so she’ll face yet another predicament. Ciara will remain locked up and away from Ben, but she won’t give up hope on getting back to him.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will enjoy a hot lip lock with his former flame. Chloe will accept Philip’s kiss, but it doesn’t look like it’ll turn into anything more for now. Even so, you can bet Philip will struggle to get that kiss off his mind.
As for Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera), he’ll take the twins to Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) and let her meet the children she intends to raise. Vivian will have high hopes for Julia “Jules” Grant and Carver Grant – her little Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) replacements.
Next, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will score a huge clue from Dr. Amanda Raynor (Victoria Platt). Dr. Raynor will mention that the man who blackmailed her called his boss “Madame” – and there’s only one “Madame” that’ll make sense here for Lani and Eli.
It’ll dawn on them that Vivian must’ve faked her death and ordered Ivan to steal the babies for her.
Ivan will get caught and have to answer questions from these determined parents soon after. Lani and Eli will stop at nothing to get Carver and Jules home where they belong.
Finally, Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will stun Jake when she answers the door wearing a towel and nothing else. Gabi will be fresh out of the shower – and Jake will take notice.
He’ll tell Gabi that he came to talk about her “naked…towel…proposal!” Jake will be a stammering mess since he’ll clearly be attracted to Gabi looking all wet and steamy.
