Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of June 28-July 2 teases that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will face a murder interrogation while Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) pushes Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) too far. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will also get advice from a strange love guru, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
For starters, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will walk in on a shouting match between Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), so that could lead to some suspicions.
Allie may feel like there’s something her parents aren’t telling her and could perhaps pick up on the vibe that’s shifted between them.
Even when they’re fighting, Lucas and Sami manage to sizzle! However, it looks like Sami will get all hot and bothered by Lucas before ultimately landing in bed with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Sami will take all that steamy energy and put it toward reconnecting with her husband in bed, so EJ may be surprised by the fire she brings to the table.
As for Lani, Days spoilers say she’ll be saddened when Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) suggests they should just hang out at home for their anniversary. Lani was hoping for something a little more special, but she’ll respect Eli’s wishes.
Lani won’t realize Eli’s cooking up a big party to celebrate surviving their first year as husband and wife. Eli will get some help from Chanel as they plan this fun bash, but there’ll be some close calls as they try to keep it a surprise.
Lani and Chanel will also end up doing some clashing after Chanel once again spots Eli naked by mistake!
It’ll be getting a little ridiculous to Lani, so she’ll make it clear that Chanel should find her own place sooner rather than later. Lani will essentially throw Chanel out, so Chanel will have to go apartment hunting soon.
Other Days spoilers say Duke the teddy bear will become an odd love doctor for Rafe. Since Rafe will be struggling with feelings for both Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker), Duke will somehow offer guidance.
When Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) returns to Salem for Lani and Eli’s anniversary shindig, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will come to see Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
The result will be a fight over the divorce papers and Ben’s vow not to give up on his marriage.
As for Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), she’ll have some explaining to do after her true intentions for the Horton Town Square are exposed.
Meanwhile, Gwen will let her walls down with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), so it sounds like she’ll open up about her miscarriage and the lies that followed.
That’ll bring Xander and Gwen closer just in time since Eli will show up to interrogate Gwen about Dr. Clay Snyder’s (Michael Lowry) death.
The dead body Xander and Gwen dumped in the lake will be discovered, but Xander will help Gwen as they play dumb. Eli will suspect foul play and wonder what Gwen knows due to her link to the doc, but she should wiggle out of trouble for now.
