Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Week of December 27 – Marlena Hospitalized – John’s Exorcism Help – Gabi Comforts Heartbroken Sami

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of December 27-31 tease that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will be hospitalized while John Black (Drake Hogestyn) recruits some exorcism help. Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will also comfort a heartbroken Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

First, Days spoilers say it’ll still be Christmas morning in Salem. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will be free to enjoy a little celebration with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Henry Horton (Nash and Clyde Gunderson) after the devil’s latest trick is revealed.

Allie will have a blast with Tripp and her son – that is until Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) come along with their marriage news.

Days spoilers say Allie will fly into a rage, so Tripp may have to settle things down once his girlfriend flips out on Chanel and Johnny.

At the hospital, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will make time for some romance while they prepare for the annual Christmas party.

Meanwhile, John will seek Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) exorcism help for Marlena, but Eric won’t be the only family member involved.

Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Belle Brady (Martha Madison), Allie and Johnny will also join this exorcism drama.

It’ll be all hands on deck as Marlena’s family tries to drive the devil right out of her!

However, possessed Marlena will manage to stir up a little more drama in the meantime. She’ll mess with Sami and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) sits in lockup for a crime he didn’t commit.

EJ isn’t behind Sami’s kidnapping, but Lucas will try to let him take the fall for it.

Sami will listen to EJ declare his innocence, but she won’t know what to believe anymore. Gabi has become a friend to Sami in recent months, so she’ll step up to comfort her in the episodes ahead.

Gabi and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also gear up for their attempt at a DiMera takeover.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will discover the truth of a situation, so we’ll see if that involves EJ’s predicament or perhaps what Jake’s up to with Gabi.

Over with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), she’ll mull over the best way to throw Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) off Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) trail.

Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will also put in a good word for Gwen with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), but she’ll inevitably come to regret it later!

Until then, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will meet up with Eric during his return visit. They’ll rehash the past before Nicole gets updates on EJ’s arrest and complicated reunion with Sami.

As for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), she’ll eavesdrop on some jaw-dropping info. That’ll probably involve a conversation about the night Nicole slept with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) at Basic Black.

Sami will lean on Lucas without knowing he’s the reason for her latest pain.

Allie will also offer a sincere apology to Chanel and Johnny, but she’ll continue to struggle with her complex feelings over their newlywed status.

Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will look forward to welcoming their bundle of joy while Marlena gets released from the hospital. Nevertheless, the devil drama won’t be over just yet!

There are some hints about the devil carrying out another round of his twisted work – perhaps with another Salemite or two as his host. Regardless, New Year’s Eve will bring some surprises as the clock strikes midnight in Salem.
