Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) won’t do well at all in the aftermath of his breakup with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was behind the split that left Xander devastated, but Xander will remain convinced it’s the real Sarah who crushed his dreams for the future.
Xander expected to start a bright new chapter with the woman he loved, so everything will suddenly be quite bleak and dark.
DOOL fans can expect Xander to have a hard time coping with this terrible blow, so he’ll do what plenty of other soap characters would do in his miserable situation – and that’s drown his sorrows!
Days spoilers say Xander will head to the Brady Pub and throw back as many drinks as possible. Xander will want Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) to keep ‘em coming since he won’t have Sarah to go home to.
All Xander will want to do is forget his pain for a while, so getting completely plastered will seem like the right thing to do in that moment.
Of course, Roman will eventually see that Xander’s had more than enough to drink and may end up cutting him off. There’s also the potential for Xander to take jabs about Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) blowing things for him.
If Xander starts badmouthing Rex and acting like everything was fine until Sarah’s ex showed up in town, Roman might defend his son.
One way or another, things will get heated and that’s going to spell trouble. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will be angry and drunk, which is never a good combination. DOOL viewers will see Xander lash out at Roman in a fit of rage.
It looks like Xander’s going to physically attack Roman, so that could leave him in hot water if Roman chooses to call the cops!
However, Xander won’t particularly care if he ends up spending the night in jail. Without Sarah in his life, Xander just won’t have much hope anymore. This could certainly sink Xander back into a dark place and bring back his bad boy tendencies.
Sarah might reunite with Xander down the road and finally clear up Kristen’s scheme, but Xander will be on his own for now.
