General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may be gearing up for a dangerous reunion with deadly Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Will Jason be the one to stop his programmed twin brother from making some fatal mistakes? Here’s what we know so far.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) just put Drew in a trance through a tower tarot card and the simple phrase of “You’re active.”
Now Drew is just a brainwashed soldier reporting for duty – at least assuming Peter got the conditioning key right.
We can’t rule out the idea of Drew faking it to get the upper hand, but let’s operate under the assumption that the trance is real for now.
That means former Navy SEAL Drew’s skills could be put to use for extremely nefarious purposes. Peter will count on Drew to carry out some twisted, lethal orders.
Who might step up to thwart Drew and hopefully find a way to snap him out of this trance? Jason tends to play the hero anyway, but it seems like an especially good idea to use him here.
Drew is Jason’s twin brother, so GH needs to bring an intriguing reunion that brings the drama.
General Hospital spoilers say Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will end up caving in and allowing Jason to accompany her to Greece.
Britt was previously adamant about not needing Jason’s help, but now’s not the time to be stubborn or too proud.
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is missing and needs some rescuers, so that’ll trump Britt’s hurt feelings and convince her to let Jason assist her on this mission.
Obrecht has experience with conditioning victims, so Drew should be part of the project Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) hinted at.
It’s easy to see how GH could bring Jason into this and have him come face to face with Drew in the end. Drew and Jason may wind up with guns pulled on each other in an epic reunion showdown.
Jason won’t want to kill his own brother and Scout Cain’s (Ella Ramacieri) father, so it may be up to him to convince Drew to snap out of killing mode!
