General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may flee Port Charles after plotting a panicked getaway. The “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) truth may bring Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) revenge and scare Brook Lynn into bolting.
During the August 26 episode, Brook Lynn reflected on how understanding Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) had been about Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) deception.
It got Brook Lynn thinking about those who would be much less understanding once a painful truth came to light – and Valentin will no doubt be less understanding!
Brook Lynn was practically gulping with fear over what Valentin might do to her once the real story surrounding “Bailey” was revealed.
There are so many problems with Brook Lynn and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) whole plan, but it’s Brook Lynn who may get the worst of Valentin’s wrath.
Brook Lynn was never pregnant at all, so that alone will leave Valentin furious down the road.
However, Valentin’s real pain and anger will come due to how attached he’s become to “Bailey.”
He’s bonded with this precious little girl as his own child – all while Brook Lynn stood by knowing Valentin would one day have to give that baby up.
Valentin will be devastated once he loses the father title, so you can bet he’s going to want payback.
It’ll be easier for Valentin to focus on his rage than to dwell on how crushed he is. Valentin may channel all his sorrow into fury as he goes after Brook Lynn with everything he’s got!
Brook Lynn will fear what’s in store and may feel the need to get out of town before she finds out what Valentin’s going to do to her.
Since Brook Lynn has been developing a bond with Louise despite her best efforts not to, we can’t rule out the idea of BLQ bolting with the baby in a moment of panic.
Then again, Brook Lynn may realize that’d just make things worse and run on her own.
Regardless, Brook Lynn’s going to be in huge trouble with Valentin – and there’s no predicting how far he’ll go to make her pay for duping him.
Valentin will get that Maxie and Brook Lynn were concerned for Louise’s safety, but there’s absolutely no reason they couldn’t have told him the truth before now and trusted him to protect “Bailey” anyway.
It’s clear that Valentin will have every right to be angry, but he’ll have to be careful about letting his emotions spiral out of control into a dangerous situation.
