General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may order Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) red wedding and set the stage for a bloody disaster. Will this ceremony lead to a horrible tragedy?
Carly and Jason are planning on having a huge event with crucial members of the five families in attendance.
This is supposed to be a very public grand spectacle, but that makes it even more likely that something will go terribly wrong.
The nuptials feel doomed, especially since Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) has become a broken record when it comes to warning of danger.
Of course, we also know Cyrus is stirring up plenty of trouble again. Cyrus has proven that he can be a major threat, even from behind bars.
Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will get a tip from some reliable sources that Cyrus has something truly wicked up his sleeve.
It’ll be a big enough deal that Jordan decides to summon Jason to the pier and warn him of imminent catastrophe.
Jordan might think it’s best to delay the wedding or at least turn into a more private gathering with just family and friends.
Unfortunately, that may not be possible since Jason and Carly would look weak if they bailed on this lavish wedding extravaganza now. It could fuel suspicions about “Jarly” bailing on the marriage or make it seem like they’re cowering in fear.
This wedding apparently has to happen regardless of the danger level, but that brings the possibility for the event to become a blood-soaked massacre.
Cyrus has been known to have his minions plant bombs, so that’s one way he could quite literally blow up the ceremony. However, a gun battle is also an option.
The point is there have been some major hints about the violence that’s brewing.
It’s possible this wedding will bring some unexpected casualties of the mob war, but we’ll just have to see how it all plays out! As other GH news rolls in, we’ll pass along updates.
