General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, November 19, teases that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be doomed while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) demands the truth about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also rip into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
At GH, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will continue to deal with the crushing paternity blow he’s facing.
Valentin will want Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to actually say the words, so BLQ should confirm Valentin isn’t “Bailey Quartermaine’s” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) father.
Of course, Valentin is going to wonder who the true “baby daddy” is – and that’ll leave Brook Lynn in a tight spot since “Bailey” isn’t her daughter either!
We can’t forget this baby really belongs to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
While Brook Lynn gets backed into a corner, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will solve the mystery and rush to find BLQ.
That’ll put Chase in the right place at the right time to claim he’s the true father and help keep the scheme going for Louise’s sake.
Valentin may still be brought in the loop eventually, but the important thing is “Bailey” will be safe for the time being.
Over with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she’ll wonder what’s wrong as she grows increasingly worried about her baby boy.
There’ll be some complications as Sasha gets ready to give birth, so that’ll leave Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) as well.
After Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) alerts Dr. Sofia Navarro (Christine Ferraro) to trouble, the doc will do her best to navigate a rocky delivery.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha will pull through this ordeal, but will her baby be as lucky? This child may face some health issues that leave him fighting for his life, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, Nina won’t have a positive outlook when it comes to her future.
Nina will tell Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that something is highly unlikely, so that could tie in with Valentin and his reaction over the paternity bombshell.
If Valentin finds out Nina knew and didn’t tell him, that’ll twist the knife even further.
Nina may not think true forgiveness is possible when it comes to most of the secrets she’s kept along with Maxie. They’ll just have to lean on each other and try to keep moving forward anyway!
At the boxing gym, Michael will face Willow’s frustrated outburst. Willow will once again explain that she let Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Caleb and Kyler Ends) have a few minutes with Nina after an inadvertent encounter.
It seems like a far better solution than immediately separating them and risking a tantrum, so Willow won’t get why Michael can’t get on the same page.
Michael may feel like they should’ve talked about this first, but Willow may think he needs to trust her judgment in situations like that.
It’ll just add to Willow’s anger since Carly couldn’t see her perspective either.
Fortunately, Michael loves Willow and will no doubt want to restore the peace between them. That could make Michael a little more willing to listen and open his mind.
Carly, on the other hand, will remain firmly against Nina and will lash out at Sonny for siding with the enemy.
As Carly revs up the pressure, will Sonny confess why he’s cutting Nina all this slack?
Sonny might admit to his romantic entanglement with Nina when he was “Mike” in Nixon Falls. Carly will cry before the week wraps up, so an admission like that would certainly turn on the waterworks!
On Cassadine Island, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will hope to make a break for it.
They obviously won’t be interested in traveling with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), so Britt will see an escape opportunity and want to grab it.
As for Jason and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), it seems they’ll split up as they try to carry out their rescue mission.
Drew will draw his weapon on someone and act like killing him would be icing on the cake. Perhaps Drew will argue that the rescue is the priority, but he certainly wouldn’t mind taking Peter out.
Jason wouldn’t mind pulling the trigger on Peter either, but he’s destined for a grim exit according to reliable insiders.
Fatal consequences are looming on Cassadine Island, so Peter should be the reason Jason is ultimately presumed dead.
It’s easy to imagine Peter hurling off a cliff and dragging Peter down with him into the water below.
Whatever the case, a shocking Jason cliffhanger should be coming up within the next episode or two.
General Hospital spoilers say the Cassadine Island drama will make major waves in Port Charles eventually.
