General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) will team up with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) for the next phase of the Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) mission.
At Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) urging, Martin tried to act like Florence was fine and pushed Jackie to nix the article.
However, Valentin ultimately suggested that the better story would be one involving Jackie helping to rescue Florence. As luck would have it, a huge clue just dropped into Jackie’s lap.
The wheels started turning after Jackie learned Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) had been taking jobs as a private nurse since Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) fired her.
Since Jackie is an excellent investigative journalist, she seems poised to potentially uncover Florence’s location. Valentin is busy dealing with other drama right now, so it seems Jackie will mostly be working with Martin on what’s ahead.
General Hospital spoilers say Jackie and Martin will inch closer to finding Florence on February 19. They’ll make some big progress in their hunt for Martin and Cyrus’ mother.
Jackie has plenty of useful connections and so does Martin as a lawyer. Florence is innocent in all of this, so Jackie will want to make sure Martin’s mom is safely returned.
Having Jackie play a crucial role in Florence’s rescue would indeed make for an interesting story. Nevertheless, that won’t be Jackie’s primary goal here. There’s an old woman at risk who needs help and deserves to be reunited with her loved ones, so those are good enough reasons for Jackie to act fast.
GH fans know Jackie has a knack for following trails, so she may chase some leads and figure out where Florence is being held. It may not be too hard to have Bobbie followed or trace her location somehow.
If Jackie and Martin are able to save Florence, it’ll eliminate the Corinthos clan’s leverage. The fear Cyrus had will be gone, so that could leave Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and the rest of the Corinthos clan extremely vulnerable.
In other words, Jackie may save Florence along with Cyrus – all while putting Jason and the Carly crew in grave danger. Will Cyrus retaliate once his mom’s back in a proper facility and far away from the Corinthos family’s threat? Just how far will Cyrus go to get revenge?
Whatever the case, Jackie and Martin’s search just might pay off. We’ll bring you updates as other GH news pops up.
