General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, November 8 – Jason & Drew Join Forces – Peter Bargains with Britt – Carly Misses Mob Power

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, November 8, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will join forces with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) while Peter August (Wes Ramsey) tries to bargain with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will also miss the mob power deep down, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.

At Spring Ridge, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will insist Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will never believe what just happened.

Alexis will fill Harmony in on the news of her pardon and will ultimately get confirmation that it was indeed arranged by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

However, Alexis won’t be as grateful as Nikolas might’ve liked. Nikolas will show up hoping for a “thank you,” but Alexis won’t want to feel like she owes him anything.

Alexis will make that crystal clear and argue that she urged Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) not to go to Nikolas for anything either.

Nikolas will be surprised and rather upset with Alexis for encouraging Spencer to turn his back on his father. That said, Nikolas will get why Alexis is wary of him and will hope they can mend fences in time.

Of course, it was Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) advice that ultimately convinced Spencer to be his own man and completely renounce Nikolas. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) wanted Spencer to grovel and be a prince again, so she’s not going to be happy about his updates.

Spencer doesn’t want a dime of that dirty Cassadine money anymore and will credit Trina for helping him see the light.

Esme will fume over Trina’s interference, but Spencer may point out that they got close even before Trina knew he was part of the wealthy Cassadine family.

“Exactly how close did you two get?” Esme asks in Monday’s GH preview video. Spencer may reassure Esme that he’s committed to her and argue that Trina is just a friend, but Esme will grow increasingly wary.

Naturally, Esme won’t let all this rattle her too much. She’ll once again get Cameron Webber (William Lipton) talking about potential weekend getaway plans and will have a few more tricks up her sleeve.

On Cassadine Island, Jason will try to sell Drew on a new plan. He’ll have a risky idea and will need Drew to trust him on this.

It looks like Drew will be temporarily deactivated before this conversation goes down. Drew will seem to be in his normal state and will be handcuffed in captivity with Jason.

“There’s a way to make sure that doesn’t happen,” Jason insists in Monday’s preview clip. He’ll think they can defeat Peter’s control if they work together, so it’ll be fun to watch the brothers team up!

As for Britt, she’ll remain concerned about Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) since her wounded mom really needs a hospital.

Britt will complain to Peter, who’ll declare that there’s only one way off this island for her. Peter will try to bargain with Britt, but she’s certainly not going to like his terms.

Back in Port Charles, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will find out something that brings a sense of relief. There should be some new reports that point to Drew’s survival, so Sam will be glad – especially for Scout Cain’s (Ella Ramacieri) sake.

Next, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will catch up with Carly at the Metro Court. Carly will say something that makes it seem like she misses being the one in charge, so Diane will call her out on that.

Although Carly may admit the power brought a bit of a thrill, she’ll insist Sonny is right where he belongs.

Over with Sonny, he’ll have a meeting with Ms. Wu (Lydia Look) that leads to a surprising revelation. There’ll be more to this meeting than Sonny first expects.

It looks like Sonny may also repay a debt in Monday’s episode. “There’s something else I can do for you,” Sonny says in the preview video.

Now that Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) has agreed to hand over his uncle’s entire organization, perhaps Sonny will share a piece of the Novak pie with Ms. Wu and her family.

After all, Jason and Carly wouldn’t be alive if it hadn’t been for Ms. Wu sounding the alarm about Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) machinations and deadly allies.

Sonny may show his appreciation with some of the Novak territory, so we’ll see how it all plays out.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny’s mob issues may be far from over, but he’ll trust that he’s handled everything for now.
