General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may find Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) when he resurfaces in Nixon Falls – leaving Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) stuck in a horrible predicament. Let’s look at the latest GH info and try to nail down how all this might play out.
During the week of August 23-27, Nina will be taken aback when someone familiar pops up in new territory. Sonny will meet somebody intriguing soon after – and then Nina will face a visitor who’s far from welcome.
Next, Nina will feel cornered while Sonny’s busy taking care of Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). A desperate Nina will reach out to someone for assistance afterward, so we’ve got a great puzzle to put together here.
Based on all those clues, it sounds like Peter will finally resurface in Nixon Falls and strike up a conversation with “Mike.” Nina may catch a glimpse of them and start to panic before Peter confronts her.
Of course, Peter will quickly realize Nina’s been sitting on quite a bombshell if he’s indeed the one who visits.
Peter may insist Nina’s not going to say anything or else he’ll tell everybody she’s been hiding out there with presumed dead Sonny. He might push for an understanding where they keep each other’s secrets.
However, GH spoilers say Nina will contact someone for help – and that someone will likely be Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Valentin is the one person Nina could trust with just about anything.
Valentin is also highly motivated to kill Peter and protect “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom), so Nina may think Valentin is the best and only choice to assist her.
Nina may have to spill the whole ugly story to Valentin, who might be willing to keep his mouth shut about Sonny’s survival.
The problem is Nina’s keeping a massive secret from Valentin since she knows “Bailey” is actually Maxie’s child with Peter.
In other words, Peter’s arrival in Nixon Falls could set the stage for a giant mess that Nina never saw coming! Since Peter’s body is missing, he’s surely alive and has to resurface at some point.
It wouldn’t be smart for Peter to just show back up out of the blue in Port Charles, so perhaps Nixon Falls is where we’ll first see Peter again.
