General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will lose his shot at living happily ever after with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). GH fans know Peter’s overjoyed at the thought of building a sweet family with Maxie and their baby.
They’ve settled on naming their daughter Louise and calling her “Lou” for short, so Peter and Maxie are clearly getting excited.
Of course, Maxie has two other children: James West (Curtis and Owen Rufca) and Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher). However, General Hospital never really features or even talks about Georgie and James very much.
Georgie spends most of her time with Spinelli and Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) anyway, so the focus has never been on Peter building a relationship with Maxie’s other kids.

Peter will make some bold moves and bad choices, so we’ll definitely see him head further down a villainous path.
If Maxie loses her baby, that’s one way fatherhood could be snatched from Peter’s grasp. It could easily happen due to the danger that’s brewing at the upcoming double wedding.
Then again, it’s also possible Maxie will simply go into early labor and set the stage for a different kind of disaster. That’s the outcome we want to concentrate on here.
Once Peter feels like the walls are closing in, there’s no predicting how far he’ll go to keep his newborn daughter. General Hospital spoilers say Peter will fight hard to keep his family intact, but he’ll eventually have to accept that his plan has fallen apart.
As a result, Peter may need a new plan entirely – one that doesn’t include Maxie. He may realize that Maxie’s turned against him and determine this little girl is his only hope for the future he wants. Will Peter decide to kidnap Baby Lou and go on the run with her?
If Peter fears prison is imminent and no longer has a chance with Maxie, it makes sense for him to take drastic action with a snatching plot.
