General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, April 15 Recap – Sonny Visits Carly – Chase Can’t Feel Hands & Feet – Elijah Busted

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 15, reveals that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) found Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) working in his garage and mentioned she was limited on people to talk to.

Sasha suggested she could either confide in her drug counselors or Brando, but he wondered about Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Sasha admitted that they’d thrown in the towel on their latest attempt at a romance. She also wanted to talk about Brando’s job working for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Sasha didn’t get why Brando would remain employed by Cyrus, but it soon dawned on her that Brando must’ve been blackmailed.

Sasha determined Cyrus was using the “Dev Corbin” aka Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) situation to his advantage, so Brando confirmed Cyrus was indeed holding it over him.

However, Brando wanted to take Cyrus down as soon as he could. He ranted about Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) being exploited and was grateful that Sasha had survived her own Cyrus drama.

Sasha moved in close and seductively suggested she had no idea that Brando had taken such a personal interest in her. Brando responded with a kiss – and soon after, clothes were all over the garage floor.

The windows of the truck Brando had been working on turned steamy and a hand hit the glass during their hookup.

At The Tan-O, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) listened as Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) insisted he had something to tell her. Jax wanted to do it in person and offered to come to wherever Nina was.

Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) could tell Nina was uncomfortable, so she took the phone and chewed Jax out for pressuring Nina. Phyllis told Jax to leave Nina alone since she was finally starting to heal and hung up on him.

Meanwhile, Elijah Crowe (Dan White) thought “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had some nerve questioning him when “Mike” didn’t even have a last name. They bickered until Elijah took Nina off to his favorite stargazing spot.

Elijah talked about how if Nina did the Crimson story on Nixon Falls, then it might help someone to recognize “Mike” and lead to his identity coming to light. Nina seemed to think Elijah was rather nosy during their conversation, but he tried to play it off like he was taking an interest in her.

Back with Phyllis, she admitted to Sonny that she did something selfish. Phyllis felt bad for how she treated Jax on the phone since her motive was really keeping Nina in Nixon Falls.

Phyllis confessed that she’d miss Nina if she left. Sonny felt like Phyllis was just protecting Nina and reiterated his distrust of Elijah.

Later on Thursday’s General Hospital episode, Sonny got on the phone and did some digging. He claimed to be Mike Smith, the owner of a company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

“Mike” suggested he was looking to hire Elijah and wanted to know what this previous employer thought of him. Sonny found out Elijah embezzled from them. Though Elijah was arrested, he was never convicted.

Phyllis eventually brought out some old photos in hopes of proving what a great longtime friend Elijah was. After Nina cut her evening with Elijah short, he brought her back to the bar.

Phyllis acknowledged that Elijah didn’t like to talk about himself much, but she felt he was a good listener. Outside the bar, Sonny told Elijah that he was onto him.

Back in Port Charles, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) got a visit from a vision of Sonny. He asked about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and assured Sonny he’d take care of everything.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) soon found her mom and wondered if she was OK, so Carly suggested she was just deep in thought.

Carly could tell Joss was keeping something from her, so Josslyn lied that she was just waiting to share she got in PCU and scored a volleyball team spot.

Jax eventually showed up and informed Carly that he’d talked to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about letting Nina back in her grandson’s life.

Carly wasn’t happy about it, but she had too much on her plate and had to focus on helping Jason. Josslyn found them arguing, which led to Jax inadvertently spilling that Joss was waitlisted at Southern Coastal University.

Once Jax was gone, Josslyn opened up to Carly about wanting some distance due to all the drama in Port Charles – including her issues with Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Damprogna) took Michael up on the offer to chat over a beer.

Michael thought Dante seemed to be doing better and wondered if he’d return to the force. Dante admitted Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) had approached him about it.

Michael thought it’d be good for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to have someone to lean on, so Dante was puzzled.

It led to Michael confessing that he was back together with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) – not for show or for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), but for themselves.

Dante was thrilled for Michael, who was gushed about loving Willow so much he couldn’t see straight. Michael hoped Chase would take the news well, so Dante acknowledged that it “sucks” to be the guy on the losing end.

As for whether Dante would really rejoin the PCPD, he said he’d take it under consideration.

At GH, Chase filled Willow in on the dream he had about her moving back in. Willow wanted to discuss something important, but she didn’t get a chance since Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) came in.

Chase was sorry about some of the comments he made at dinner and assured Finn that things were OK between them. Once Willow was alone with Chase again, she took his hand. T

hat led to Chase’s startling realization that he couldn’t feel either of his hands or feet, so Finn rushed back in for another examination.

Chase said he somehow felt both numb and tingly – like his hands and feet were asleep. Finn determined this was a case of peripheral neuropathy. He noted that it was a nerve problem often seen in diabetics, but Willow pointed out Chase isn’t one.

Finn said there could be a variety of reasons for something like this – ranging from a toxin in the system to a tumor growing on or near the spine. Finn even brought up kidney disease, so Chase sarcastically suggested that didn’t sound scary at all.

However, Finn was just trying to get to the bottom of things. He admitted he couldn’t make Chase’s symptoms go away without knowing the origin, so more tests would be needed.

Chase suddenly cried out in pain since his hands and feet were burning, so Finn promised to give him some medication for that. Willow took the opportunity to text Michael with some updates, but he missed the message.
