General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, May 6 Recap – Britt & Jason Hit the Road - Spinelli Spills & Sam Fails Dante’s Test

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, May 6, reveals that Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) told Cameron Webber (William Lipton) that the security footage showed the bullet came from behind him – and the ballistics came back to support that.

However, Jordan wanted Cameron to understand that he never should’ve picked up that gun.

Jordan insisted Cameron had come dangerously close to throwing the rest of his life away – or at least the next 20 years. Afterward, a relieved Cameron hugged Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

At home later, Cam confronted Liz about what he overheard and wondered if there was proof Peter August (Wes Ramsey) killed Franco Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

Although Liz couldn’t give Cameron the evidence he wanted, she assured him that it was true. Cameron struggled as he thought about how he’d treated Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Jake Webber (Hudson West).

Cam had a hard time processing how he could’ve gotten it wrong and reeled as he realized he could’ve shot Jason over the wrongful accusation. After Cameron stormed upstairs, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) agreed with Liz about Cameron perhaps needing psychological help to deal with everything.

At Jordan’s place, Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) showed up looking for Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) and saw the boxes since Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) stuff was packed up.

Taggert wasn’t around, but Jordan admitted to Trina that she was getting a divorce. Trina offered to talk to Curtis for Jordan, but Jordan insisted there were cracks in her marriage before the Taggert faked death drama.

At The Savoy, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) showed up to see Curtis before a beautiful mystery woman appeared and apologized for being late. Portia assumed this woman was Curtis’ date, but he eventually revealed the woman was his new mixologist and wanted Portia’s help choosing cocktails for his menu.

Curtis and Portia eventually tasted one called Moonlight Garden and recalled having it one night during their old romance. Instead of putting it on the menu, Curtis thought it was best left as a memory.

After the mixologist – whose name was Angela – left, Portia thought Angela looked like she wanted to “mix it up” with Curtis! However, Curtis wasn’t interested and that prompted a conversation about his marriage.

Portia quizzed Curtis about the wedding ring he was still wearing, so he decided it was time to take it off. When the ring got stuck, Portia reached over to help. Trina took a call from Cameron before spotting Portia and Curtis in their close moment.

At Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) place, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) showed up and wanted answers since Jax was in a sling and Josslyn was in an ankle boot. Joss recapped the Nixon Falls story briefly, but she felt Carly owed them answers, too.

Josslyn asked plenty of questions about Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) escape – and Carly learned Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had been there seeking answers earlier.

In a moment alone, Jax chewed Carly out over the danger, but Carly insisted someone had to step up and protect Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) family. Jax was upset and outraged since Carly thought that person had to be her.

At the PCPD, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) wanted to help Dante find Jason and suggested she knew Jason better than anyone. Dante was reluctant, but Sam pushed until he agreed – though they both had conditions.

Dante didn’t want Sam going rogue on him and expected to be kept in the loop. Sam wanted the same, so they shook on the deal.

As the partnership moved forward, Sam thought there was someone who would know where Jason was. At the safe house on Thursday’s General Hospital episode, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) entered and warned Jason not to shoot since he came in peace.

Spinelli brought in a blood supply delivery along with fresh clothes for Jason.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) kept scolding Jason about not tearing his stitches out and needing rest. She injected Jason with an antibiotic before stepping out to call Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). That gave Spinelli a chance to refer to Britt as “The Britch,” but Jason scowled.

“Don’t call her that,” Jason said in an annoyed tone. Spinelli apologized for the cheap shot, especially considering Britt had just saved Jason’s life. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will remain protective of Britt in the coming episodes, so don’t miss what’s ahead!

After Spinelli got a call summoning him to the PCPD on Thursday’s GH episode, Jason warned him not to disappoint.

Spinelli promised that his lips were “super sealed” and left, but Britt wondered if it was really a good idea to let him talk to the cops. Jason insisted that he knew exactly how this would go.

Once Spinelli was in the PCPD interrogation room, Dante and Sam played a version of “good cop, bad cop.” Dante was exceptionally harsh as he sought information from Spinelli, but Sam came in and pretended she was appalled over the way Dante was treating him.

In a moment alone with Spinelli, Sam insisted she was frantic over all this because Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) was old enough to know what was going on.

Spinelli said Sam could tell Danny that his father was fine, so Sam pushed Spinelli to reveal where Jason was. She acted offended that Spinelli would leave her in the dark after everything they’ve been through.

“Spinelli, where is Jason?! Where is he?!” Sam shouted. Once Sam was gone, Spinelli asked Dante if he was under arrest and wanted to plead the fifth no matter what.

Spinelli worried about getting thrown in with the hostile perps. He told Dante that he’d revealed something “most illuminating” to Sam, so Dante got on the phone and got confirmation that someone was following her as planned.

Dante tracked Sam down at the safe house and insisted she had failed his test since she went on her own. Sam insisted on seeing what was on the other side of the door, but Jason and Britt had already cleared out.

Back with Spinelli, he was confronted by Jordan in the interrogation room. Jordan wanted to hear about Spinelli and Jason, so she pushed Spinelli to start talking NOW.

In a vehicle on Thursday’s General Hospital episode, Jason warned Britt not to speed since they could get pulled over by the cops. “Sure thing, Grandpa,” Britt replied as she drove them out of Port Charles.
