General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, June 15 Recap – Austin’s Hostage Home, Hidden Camera Discovery – Maxie’s Bailey Fixation

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 15, teases that Austin (Roger Howarth) was revealed as the owner of the hostage home and a hidden camera discovery came to light. As for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), her fixation on “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) worried Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

At the Quartermaine gatehouse on Tuesday’s GH episode, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) explained that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was dying and that his last wish was to marry her. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) debated it with Willow briefly, but he knew she couldn’t deny Chase’s request.

Willow admitted she didn’t want Michael around while she spent time with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) since it’d just be too hard. After sharing one more kiss and exchanging love declarations, Michael left while Willow sat by the window and cried.

At The Tan-O Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) admitted she’d come to think of “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as family. She worried about what they’d do when Sonny left, but he wondered what made Phyllis think he was going anywhere.

Phyllis felt like Sonny might join Nina in Port Charles if she decided not to return to Nixon Falls. When Phyllis found out Sonny hadn’t even checked in with Nina over the phone, she was adamant that “Mike” should call her.

At Maxie’s apartment, she was unsettled over Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) phone call about being at the house where “Chloe Jennings” (Kimberly J. Brown) took her.

Maxie also got a visit from Nina, who expressed her sympathy of the kidnapping situation and wanted to hire a security detail for Maxie while Peter August (Wes Ramsey) remained on the loose.

Maxie didn’t want to talk about any of the drama anymore, so she quizzed Nina about what was so appealing about Nixon Falls. She looked at some pics on Nina’s phone before a phone call from “Mike” came in.

Nina took the call while Maxie was out of the room and thanked Sonny for being so caring when she mentioned her sister-in-law’s tragedy.

When Maxie returned to find Nina smiling, she could tell she liked this “Mike” fella – though Nina didn’t offer many details. Talk turned to Nina’s visit to the Quartermaine mansion, where she’d seen “Bailey.”

Maxie became overly enthusiastic and wanted to know everything, so Nina worried about Maxie’s fixation on “Bailey.”

After Maxie did her best to cover, she slipped up again by noting how difficult “Bailey’s” birth was. Nina was confused over how Maxie knew that, so Maxie admitted she was talking about Louise.

After Nina left so Maxie could nap, Maxie broke down in tears and insisted she couldn’t do this. She was desperate to see her baby.

As for Sonny, he filled Phyllis in on how it’d been a good idea to get in touch with Nina. Phyllis offered to let “Mike” borrow her car if he wanted to surprise Nina by showing up in Port Charles.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) leaned on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) after revealing Chase’s condition was terminal.

Brook Lynn once again thanked Valentin for helping out with “Bailey,” but he insisted there was no need to keep thanking him since “Bailey” was his baby, too.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) talked to Brook Lynn about the upcoming ELQ vote to oust Valentin, so he asked about his replacement. Valentin was smug as he suggested the vote would be split between Michael and Ned – leaving Valentin in power.

After Valentin sauntered out, Ned acknowledged that his priorities had shifted in the direction of family. Michael was summoned so they could discuss the emergency board meeting and this split vote potential.

In Pautauk, Sam and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) wanted to talk to the owner of the house where “Chloe” had taken Maxie.

Austin entered and revealed he was the owner, which brought plenty of suspicions and questions since he was also the doctor who delivered Maxie’s baby.

Dante felt like Austin’s name just kept coming up in the investigation. Sam also seemed uneasy about Austin’s role in all this, but Austin insisted he was the good guy in the story.

Austin promised he had never met Maxie before their meeting in the woods and pointed out that a rental company was handling things at the house.

Dante pointed out a hidden camera that Austin insisted he knew nothing about. After Dante and Sam viewed the security footage, they determined that Austin wasn’t on it and sent him on his way so they could discuss things alone.

Once Dante was alone with Sam, he admitted that Maxie had lied to them based on what was in that footage.

Over with Austin, he stood outside and looked at a news notification on his phone. It was about the emergency board vote at ELQ that said Michael might be reinstated as CEO.

Back in Port Charles, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) pointed out to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) that Dante suggested he’d be safer if they split up. They were sitting at the Metro Court bar when Nikolas insisted didn’t want a life without Ava in it.

The bartender covered up Ava’s purse so she’d leave it behind – and that gave him an opportunity to swipe the key card to Nikolas’ suite.

After returning the purse to Ava’s table later, the bartender called his boss to reveal that he indeed had the key card.

As for Ava, she considered the idea that maybe one of Nikolas’ exes was tormenting him. Nikolas eventually interrupted Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) warm moment, which Jason wasn’t happy about.

Jason clashed with Nikolas over everything that went down with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) before leaving him alone with Britt.

Nikolas accused Britt of being the one to mess with him, but she denied it and pointed out she didn’t know anything about his life now. She wanted to keep it that way and eventually returned to Jason.

When Ava grilled Carly about whether she’d give control of Sonny’s organization back to Jason, Carly suggested it was none of Ava’s business. Later, Carly looked stunned and uneasy as she spotted Jason holding Britt’s hand.
