General Hospital (GH) spoiler update for Monday, January 25, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be pleased to see a familiar face. It’ll bring Carly great relief when she sees who’s at the door.
Since we know Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will be back on the scene to offer assistance, it appears she’ll be this welcome visitor.
Bobbie will get updates on the jam Carly’s gotten herself stuck in. it seems Carly will tell the half-heart pendant story and all the dirty details that led to this point.
Carly will need some teamwork if she wants to get the necklace back since Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) already took it back to Wyndemere.
Carly will acknowledge the fact that the pendant is probably in Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) room by now. She’ll feel like her best chance of retrieving the necklace is to distract Ava and sneak in Avery’s room on a necklace hunt.
Of course, Carly can’t accomplish both tasks at the same time, so Bobbie will agree to divert Ava’s attention while Carly snoops.
This plan will be in motion by the time Tuesday rolls around, but Monday will bring some planning and set up this secret mission. As for Ava, it looks like she’ll fill Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) in on how she got the pendant back for Avery.
Nikolas will probably find out that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) lashed out over Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) death during Ava’s trip to the Corinthos clan’s home.
Nikolas may wonder if it’s really a good idea to escalate things since Ava got what she wanted. Ava was able to take Avery back to Wyndemere with her, so Nikolas might think it’s wise to back off and let Carly grieve with her loved ones.
Ava may defend her necklace pursuit, but she’ll also suggest there’s a bright side.
Perhaps Ava will contend that they don’t have any loose ends when it comes to Carly and her crew. Ava may want to make her family with Nikolas and Avery the priority from now on.
Naturally, Ava isn’t going to be happy when Bobbie starts pestering her for the sake of Carly’s necklace search!
Other GH spoilers say Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will talk to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about the future. It appears Chase may want to be sure Sasha’s ready for anything when it comes to the love quad outcome.
Chase might worry Sasha’s going to face more sorrow if Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) doesn’t reunite with her.
However, Sasha’s grown tougher and may be prepared for that option. She’ll get that going back may be impossible, but she’ll hope that going forward can still happen. As for Michael, he’ll be asked if he needs extra time.
Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) decided to go through with the annulment, but they still have to put pen to paper.
It sounds like Willow and Michael will eventually stop stalling and just get it done. General Hospital spoilers say Willow will make a significant choice on Monday, so that could mean getting this annulment wrapped up – or maybe deciding to move out of the Quartermaine mansion.
Back with Sasha, she’ll hear about an idea Maxie has. Crimson won’t be covering Sasha’s story, but Maxie won’t give up on putting it out there. It looks like Maxie will pitch the idea to Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) with Sasha by her side.
Maxie might insist Peter August (Wes Ramsey) would love to publish this story since Jackie is one of the best in the biz. Jackie will give Maxie’s proposal some serious thought, but she’ll also hear a pitch from Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).
Since Martin’s eager to get Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) out of the enemy’s clutches, he’ll want to expose the snatching drama and perhaps make Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) sweat.
Martin may think going public will bring his mother hope – or he’ll at least think it’s worth a shot. Jackie should think both Sasha’s story and Martin’s story would make for good reading material.
It’s just a matter of how much time Jackie has in her schedule and what she really wants to cover. Sasha’s story about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will get the nod and wind up broadcast on a crossover with GMA3. GH spoilers say that what Jackie does reveal on Good Morning America, Wednesday, January 27, will set Port Charles on fire!
As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll assure Martin there’s no need for Jackie to get involved.
Valentin will think Martin’s story idea should be scrapped since he’ll already have another plan in the works. After Valentin alludes to a new lead over the phone, he’ll show up unannounced on Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) doorstep.
Jax will make it clear that Valentin can’t just drop by like this and will do his best to send him away.
Valentin will hope that Jax reconsiders and will shout to ask if Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) knows what Jax is doing for Carly.
Nina will think that’s a good question as she approaches looking curious. Valentin will apparently try to implicate Jax in Florence’s kidnapping by acting like he’s an accomplice.
Jax may insist he’s not involved, but Valentin might point out that abducting Florence was just the kind of move Carly would make – and not the kind of move Jason would approve of. Valentin may feel like Jax must’ve swapped in as Carly’s right-hand man on this plot.
Nevertheless, Nina may defend Jax and urge Valentin to scram. She’ll feel like Jax’s best course of action is to just ignore Valentin and let this blow over. It’ll just be bait to rile them both up as far as Nina’s concerned.
Valentin, on the other hand, will plan to light a fire that helps in more ways than one. He’ll think this pressure will eventually bring Martin’s mother back to him – and Valentin will undoubtedly hope it drives Nina away from Jax, too.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will chip away at the trust between Jax and Nina in the coming episodes, which is good since Jax is indeed keeping massive secrets. In fact, the depth of Jax and Carly’s deception goes much further than Valentin could ever imagine!
