General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, March 8, teases that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will be concerned about her unborn child as Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) goes over her latest test results.
Britt will seem uneasy about what she’s reading, so Maxie will demand to know if her baby’s all right.
GH fans can expect Britt to deliver some guidance to Maxie on Monday, but will that be about Peter August (Wes Ramsey) or a decision related to the baby?
Either way, Maxie won’t exactly be on board with what Britt suggests. It’ll be a situation where Maxie has to mull over her next move.
Over with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), he’ll think Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) could provide the evidence necessary for Peter’s takedown.
Unfortunately, Franco’s spinning out of control following the video message that triggered Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) kidnapping memories.
GH viewers watched as Franco attacked Peter, but the worst is yet to come. On Monday, we’ll see Franco looking all creepy in a dark room filled with art stuff. Franco will ominously promise that “as it is written, so it shall be.”
General Hospital spoilers say Franco will have some sinister intentions, so it seems the tumor will take him fully into the “Bad Franco” zone. This seems to be building to Franco’s death based on the latest info from GH insiders.
Peter’s set to survive whatever Franco has in store, but you can bet Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will do everything in his power to make Peter pay.
Until then, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will reach out to Jason and offer him something. That could be an urgent warning or at least some words of advice.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason will get Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) disturbing message about Franco and decide it’s time to take action.
Faced with too much proof to ignore, Jason may think Franco is dangerous and needs to be put down. This could be the moment Jason determines he has to follow through on the killer deal he made with Franco early on.
However, there’s a good chance someone else will beat Jason to the punch when it comes to causing Franco’s death. There are some hints that it might be Cameron Webber (William Lipton) in a surprising twist, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
Regardless, Monday’s going to bring a grim shocker that GH fans will want to tune in for.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll cross paths with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and ask about Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Mac will lash out at Anna for not coming forward with what she knew sooner.
It doesn’t look like Mac will be keen on Anna seeing Maxie right now since it might stress her out even further – and that wouldn’t be good for the baby.
Whatever the case, we’ll see if Anna accepts that or pushes to see Maxie anyway. Anna will certainly want to help convince Maxie that Peter’s indeed bad news. Maxie is still somewhat on the fence without firm evidence, but she’ll hopefully lean in the direction of acceptance before long.
At Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) apartment, he’ll get some backup when Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) come out of the bedroom with more questions about the wedding that didn’t happen.
Violet will wonder if it’ll be back on tomorrow. She’ll still be hopeful about Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) tying the knot with Anna, but Chase may suggest he’s not sure what’ll happen.
Violet will be sandwiched between Chase and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on the sofa as Willow chimes in, too. Willow has plenty of experience dealing with kids, so she should handle this like a pro and earn Chase’s gratitude.
The important thing is to remind Violet that she’s got a lot of people in her life who love her – and that’s never going to change.
Finn will eventually have a chance to explain things to Violet himself, but it’s Gregory Chase (Harrison Chase) who’ll want an explanation first. General Hospital spoilers say Gregory will do a little more eavesdropping on Monday’s episode.
It’ll lead to Gregory confronting both Finn and Jackie about that night before the nuptials decades ago.
Jackie and Finn will likely tell Gregory about sleeping together, so some simple math should also tell Gregory there’s a chance Chase belongs to Finn. Monday’s show will be a juicy one, so don’t miss what’s in store! We’ll provide updates as other GH news rolls in.
