General Hospital Spoilers Update: Week of April 19 – Sonny's Feud Erupts - Nathan's Cemetery Advice for Maxie – Jax’s Bad Luck

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of April 19-23 teases that some tense faceoffs are brewing. First, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will pay Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) a visit and push for peace.

Cam will really hope they can find their way back to friendship, but another argument is coming up instead. When Josslyn realizes Cameron is still stuck on Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) guilt, she’ll be unbelievably frustrated.

Joss will get that Jason is a killer due to his profession, but she’ll be adamant that Jason did NOT kill Franco Baldwin (Roger Howath)! She’ll find it ridiculous that Cameron refuses to look at the facts and see things logically.

Cameron will become equally frustrated with Josslyn, so he’ll storm off and leave their friendship even more fractured than before.

Meanwhile, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will have to decide if he’s going to make his move and grab Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) or let Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have it their way.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will seethe over some shocking news. Will Finn discover Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was poisoned and blow his top as a result? Finn might even find out Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) knew before this diagnosis and could’ve helped far sooner.

At the cemetery, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will talk to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and get some advice as she tends to do at his grave. That advice often comes in the form of a feeling, but it’s important guidance just the same!

Maxie may seek Nathan’s reassurance about Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and her plan to fake Baby Lou’s death.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Nixon Falls, his feud with Elijah Crowe (Dan White) will reach a boiling point. As the tension erupts, Sonny could easily find himself in danger.

It’s clear that Elijah isn’t someone to be messed with, but Sonny isn’t either! This will turn into quite a battle, so it’s sure to leave Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) deeply dismayed. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be caught in the middle of all this as well, so she’ll try to keep the peace as best as she can.

Back in Port Charles, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will face some bad luck. There’ll be some situation where Jax winds up in the wrong place at the worst possible moment. Does that mean peril is on the way or will this be a simple case of inconvenience? Either way, Jax will run into some trouble.

As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll have Nina on his mind and will turn to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for any information he might be able to offer.

Curtis isn’t in the PI business anymore, but Valentin might make it worth his while he comes out of retirement for one more crucial case.

Once Chase is out of the woods at GH, he’ll battle uncertainty about his future with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) – then he’ll be filled with confidence.

Willow may not have the heart to break up with Chase, so that could be why he’ll be so hopeful once he has another conversation with her.

However, the antidote is only meant to control Chase’s symptoms, not cure them. Peter will apparently hand that antidote over, but he’ll be in charge from now on – and he won’t hesitate to remind Anna of that along the way.

We’ll provide updates as other GH details become available. General Hospital spoilers say Chase’s situation will bring a tough dilemma for Finn as well, so stay tuned. CDL will have all the sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news you need, so make us your top source.
