General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of February 1-5 tease that some heated confrontations are on the way. First, let’s talk about Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and his risky moves.
GH fans will see Finn pump Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) for information, so he may sense that she’s plotting against Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and worry about what’s at stake for GH.
Of course, Finn might also see some red flags when it comes to the mysterious medical condition Britt’s hiding. Finn might grill Britt, who’s ill and unwilling to share the details with anyone right now.
Will Finn wear Britt down or at least keep investigating this? It’s something that’ll be on Finn’s mind if he sees warning signs he can’t ignore.
However, Finn will also move forward with paternity test plans sooner or later. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will help Finn since she knows what it’s like to want to know something for your own peace of mind.
Unfortunately, Finn’s pursuit of the truth about his connection to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is only going to spell trouble.
Speaking of Chase, he’ll admit to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) just how much he misses her. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wants Willow to hold off on moving out of the Quartermaine mansion due to Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) tumor, but there may be another option.
It looks like Willow may move back in with Detective Chase before long, but that’ll bring some complications.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have some thinking to do. Sonny’s probably going to feel like his brain is fried after he tries to pull up memories that just aren’t coming.
Fortunately, Sonny at least has a couple clues to go on. He’ll be able to mull over his wedding ring and that watch inscription as he tries to figure out his missing history.
Will Sonny eventually summon a memory, even if it’s a faint one or just some small confusing moment? That seems likely to happen eventually, but Sonny may remain in the dark on his past for now.
Over with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), he’ll rev up the pressure on Brandon Corbin (Johnny Wactor). Brando will be in a tight spot as Cyrus grows increasingly desperate to find his mother.
If Brando can’t figure out where the Corinthos clan has stashed Florence Grey (Annie Abbott), Cyrus could retaliate. He’s already holding the illegal Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) drama over the Corinthos family, but Cyrus might remind Brando that he could do far worse!
Brando is sure to be spooked after Cyrus’ deadly warning.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will show some compassion. She’ll get that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is going through a rough time due to Franco’s tumor and may start to question Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) judgment on how he handled that article.
After Maxie talks to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), she’ll visit Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) grave and seek his blessing on marrying Peter.
Since so many other Port Charles residents are against Peter at this point, Maxie will be looking for some sort of sign from her dead hubby – one that tells Maxie this marriage is a good idea.
It’s possible Maxie will convince herself she’s got that sign, but Nathan would certainly never bless this union if he was around to expose Peter’s sinister crimes! As for Anna, she’ll take steps toward realizing the horrible truth about Peter.
Anna won’t quite fit all the puzzle pieces together yet, but she’ll gain more troubling information and worry about Peter’s dark side.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will blow up at Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), who’ll also be confronted by Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Laura may call Carly out for kidnapping Florence and urge her to stop the madness. Cyrus’ anger could be putting Port Charles even more at risk.
Jax will also find himself in a position to defend Carly, so that may come about due to this situation with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The exploding necklace drama will lead to more trouble, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, Britt will have another fierce faceoff with Peter. The love fest is over for these siblings, so a full-blown war could be on the verge of erupting.
