General Hospital Spoilers: Week of July 26 – Peter Bomb Rocks Liz – Sam & Shawn’s Shooter Search – Monica’s Chief of Staff Pick

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for week of July 26-30 tease that a Peter August (Wes Ramsey) bomb will rock Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) carry out a shooter search.

For starters, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Liz will have a tense confrontation. Liz has only offered vague hints about the Peter situation to her ex, but Jason may demand the whole story after doing some eavesdropping.

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also be in a position where he’s urged to spill. After Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) backs Finn into a corner, he’ll confirm that she’s right about him being the man on the roof with Peter.

It looks like Finn will come clean with Anna about causing Peter’s death, but a big twist is brewing.

There’ll be some startling turn of events that leaves Liz deeply disturbed – and Peter’s missing dead body would certainly qualify!

Perhaps Peter’s bloody corpse won’t be in the sub-basement freezer where Finn and Liz left him.

On a lighter note, Liz will get a different sort of shock when she finds out Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are dating.

Although Liz and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have had their fair share of issues, Liz doesn’t have a problem with Carly’s daughter.

As a result, Liz should be happy as long as Cameron and Josslyn are happy. Carly and Liz recently came together over their grief for their husbands, so they’ve found common ground anyway.

Speaking of Carly, Josslyn will want to give her own mom some romantic updates as well. It turns out Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will get in the way, so he’ll be stirring up trouble as usual.

At GH, Monica will have a big announcement to make – one Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will definitely need to hear! It’ll be time for Monica to reveal who she’s chosen as the hospital’s chief of staff.

Could Britt and Terry end up sharing the job title in the end? That seems like a great possibility since they both bring a lot to the table.

Over with Shawn, he’ll grill Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) about Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) vanishing act.

Sam will also help Shawn with his investigation into who really shot Hayden, so that news will leave Nikolas on edge.

Back with Anna, she’ll be on the hot seat with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Dante won’t think he’s getting the whole story – and he obviously won’t be since Anna will try to protect Finn.

As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll get some guidance related to being a mom courtesy of Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero).

That should add to Brook Lynn’s guilt, but she’ll have to shove that aside and focus on keeping Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) fooled.

While Brook Lynn wrestles with concerns about Austin, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will work to move his recovery along – even if that means pushing himself harder than he should.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Chase (Katelyn MacMullen) will be busy trying to keep their burning desires at bay.

Other GH spoilers say Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will push for a party. She’ll think Spencer should throw a big bash at Wyndemere, so he should go for the idea.

Later, Spencer will force Ava Jerome (Maura West) to endure more manipulation, but he could be pressing his luck since that’ll bring more opportunities to get caught.

General Hospital spoilers say some surprises are in store as Spencer’s scheming continues. CDL will have other hot General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so don’t forget to stop by regularly.
