In tonight’s Law & Order SVU episode the episode begins with some TikTok users. Willa Bartola is invited to The Wheelhouse and this could be her big break, she is putting on her makeup and her friend tells her that he is going with her.
They arrive at the Wheelhouse and start making TikTok videos together. They have shots together and three guys welcome her, two of them are brothers . Later, she is in the hot tub and obviously she has drunk too much, the brothers take her downstairs and later, her friend who was at the party with her finds her sitting in a corner and crying.
At A La Lyonaise restaurant, Olivia’s son passes her cell phone to her and on it is Willa Bartola sending a message about Tate and Liam Rivers, brothers who raped her. She says she doesn’t know what to do. Her son asks her if she can help Willa.
The next day, at the station, Benson is notified by Jet that Stabler found Rita Lasku’s passport in the closet of an Albanian higher up along with a dozen others, all young Albanian women. Stabler got close to Rita when she was working at a diner and now she has vanished.
At Sara D. Roosevelt Park, Benson and Rollins meet with Willa in the park, she took down the video because she got so much hate online. Benson says she is sorry, then asks her to walk them through what happened. She says she was invited to the Wheelhouse, they were filming content and it was amazing. They were doing shots in the hot tub, she got really dizzy, Tate and Liam took her down to the bedroom and told her she was going to get what she came for. Tate came on top of her and then Liam. She passed out and when she woke up, her clothes were off and she was a mess. She says her friend Kavan was with her and found her after it happened.
Duarte Square, Rollins goes to speak to Kavan, he says the only reason he was there was to protect Willa.
Rollins tells Willa it is going to be hard because she didn’t get a rape kit. Benson calls Bell and tells her she wants to borrow Jet, she puts her undercover at The Wheelhouse and Willa returns to see Diggy Wheeler, who owns the place, he wants to talk to her. He says he is upset, she mentions the rape and he says Tate and Liam said it was consensual. All of a sudden, Tate and Liam show up and they tell her that she has to apologize for the desperate video that she posted. They pull Willa down on the couch and live stream, they say that Willa’s video was a stunt. Rollins walks in, Jet as well. Willa tells Rollins they just assaulted her all over again and the whole world was watching.

Rollins and Carisi are in the station, they meet with Tate and Liam, and they have their lawyer with them; they claim nothing happened. Next, they meet with Diggy and his lawyer. He says Tate and Liam said she was into it. Benson gets a text from jet, Tate and Liam made another video called “The Real Story.” They call the DA a dumbass, and say that Willa got what she wanted.
Arraignment court, Tate and Liam are there and charged with rape. The judges sets the bail at one million and advises the brothers not to ligate on social media. The moment the brothers are out, they go right to social media. There is a crowd outside the courtroom and young people outside throws food at Rollins and Carisi when they try to pass by.
The brothers are back in court, Carisi wants a gag order because the brothers were warned not to take this to social media and they did. The judge tell the brothers they better stop or they may be incited for starting a riot.
The case begins in court, Kavan is discredited because he didn’t like Tate and Liam before the rape. Carisi plays a video where the brothers laugh about what they did to Willa. Willa is on the witness stand, she gained a million followers after being in The Wheelhouse with the brothers. And, a week before she commented on a girl’s post who went through something similar, their lawyer suggests she is lying for followers. Outside the courtroom, Willa sees Diggy and calls him out, she says he set her up. Diggy still claims he didn’t, Carisi turns to Diggy and says he claims to care about Willa but he threw her to the dogs.
Later that day, Diggy posts a video, he says Tate and Liam did assault Willa. Carisi says after the defence see this they are going to push for a mistrial.
The judge denies the motion for a mistrial. Diggy is in the witness stand, he says he didn’t ask Willa to join the house because Tate and Liam said that she badmouthed him, yet later in the day he heard them say they “shut that bitch down.” The brother’s lawyer tries to insinuate that Diggy had a crush on Willa. He goes on to say that Diggy is jealous that Willa showed the brother’s attention and not him. Both lawyers rest, the case goes to the jury.
The jury reads the verdict, the defendants are not guilty for unlawful confinement, and not guilty for rape in the first degree. Rollins tells Willa she is so sorry.
Carisi noticed that one of the jurors, a red head, had a strange look on her face during the trial. He does some digging and finds out that Tate and Liam were DMing her before the verdict with entry to The Wheelhouse. Carisi also has more evidence that the brothers bribed another juror. The judge tells the brothers that if this is true, they could be looking at double digits.
Rollins and Benson are walking with Willa, they tell her that the brothers took a deal, they will get five years. Willa says she was invited to be a member of The Wheelhouse from Diggy, with her friend, to rebrand.
Benson meets with Bell and Jet, her informant told her a new shipment of Albanian girls arrive at midnight. Bell tells Benson they may need her ongoing help with this, she says always.
