The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that recent events have many fans wondering: Are Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) headed for a one-night stand? Their criminal in-laws and secretive spouses could spell trouble, so let’s discuss what might be in store.
B&B writers knew what they were doing when they released Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) from prison and had him show up to make amends. Deacon claims he’s reformed and just wants a chance to be in Hope’s life.
Of course, Deacon would also love to get to know his granddaughter, Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).
The problem is Hope’s husband and family are standing firmly in the way of Deacon’s goals.
The show already had pretty much the same exact story going on with Steffy, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
It’s the same tale of a criminal parent claiming to be reformed, wanting to bond and facing plenty of opposition.
This is about creating similar obstacles and experiences for the characters to go through. Liam just found out a whopper of a secret since Hope had been corresponding with jailed Deacon behind his back.
Now Hope wants to reconnect with Deacon while Liam absolutely hates the idea.
Meanwhile, we’ve got Finn hiding the fact that Sheila reached out through more text messages. Finn also wants to know Sheila deep down, so it’s easy to see how Liam and Steffy are in the same boat here.
They’re going to be able to relate to each other, especially after Steffy finds out about the new texts.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam and Hope have some major fights in their future.
They’ve done some mild clashing so far, but things will eventually go to extreme levels. It’s safe to say Steffy and Finn will face some rough showdowns as well.
It’s reasonable to think Liam and Steffy might land in familiar territory, which could set up a familiar mistake, too.
Could Steffy and Liam have another tequila-fueled hookup?
It wouldn’t be all that surprising if Liam came over to vent while Finn was working an overnight shift at the hospital or exiled to the guesthouse.
One thing could lead to another and set up Steffy sleeping with Liam once again.
Liam and Steffy are always going to be connected as exes who mean a lot to each other and as co-parents to Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray). Throw in their similar frustrations and this could be the perfect cheating storm.
B&B writers can never seem to keep Steffy and Liam platonic indefinitely, so it’s wise to hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
Sheila and Deacon could add to the drama if they try to manipulate a one-night stand or even more into happening!
