The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will have a lot to talk about soon. During the week of March 8-12, Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) will once again deny any wrongdoing when it comes to Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test. However, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) just won’t be convinced.
That’ll spark a fierce faceoff between Thomas and Vinny, which John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will wind up wading into. The results will be a three-way explosive confrontation that brings a jaw-dropping secret to light – and that means the truth about the father of Steffy’s baby is about to come out.
After this showdown, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say the paternity bombshell will make waves all over town. It looks like Thomas will fill Hope in, so Liam should be first up on her own list of people to tell. Hope should be the one to reveal to Liam that he’s not going to be a father again after all.
Obviously, how Liam reacts to this information should be incredibly important. How Hope perceives that reaction will be even more important. Will Hope sense that Liam’s disappointed on some level?
Liam may insist he’s relieved and argue that they’ve been given a second chance as a couple. He may contend that they can now focus on their own future while Steffy and Finn plan for their baby.
Still, Hope might feel like part of Liam wanted to be the father deep down. That’s been a fear of Hope’s along the way, so it could circle back around if she believes Liam is indeed disappointed.
Even if Liam’s reaction is one of pure relief and he manages to convince Hope of that, a “Lope” reunion may not be all that simple. Once Hope has a chance to wrap her head about the Finn father news, she may find it doesn’t change as much for her as she thought it would.
Liam still betrayed Hope – and they’re still facing the same old trust issues. Things will be less complicated with one less permanent tie to Steffy, but Hope and Liam will have some remaining problems to conquer in their marriage.
Bottom line, B&B fans can expect Liam and Hope to reevaluate their marriage once the paternity truth comes out. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope and Liam will have to discuss where things stand in their relationship based on this new information.
