The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will be humiliated by Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) firing squad. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will inevitably blame Eric’s wife for a new Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) betrayal – perhaps even after they learn the real reason for it.
B&B fans know Eric pushed Quinn in Carter’s direction more than once. Eric literally sent Quinn to Carter’s loft with a note insisting the night was theirs, so it’s crystal clear what he was pressuring them to do.
We get that Eric’s feeling down on himself and isn’t in a great place right now, but he doesn’t get a pass for the fallout that’s coming – at least he shouldn’t! However, Ridge and Brooke have turned blaming Quinn into an art form.
Quinn has made plenty of mistakes, but Eric is certainly capable of making them as well. This whole arrangement seems like a blunder that was destined to backfire from the start.
After Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) spies on Quinn, he’ll no doubt realize she’s been with Carter and report back to Ridge with cheating accusations.
Ridge and Brooke can then hurl those accusations at Quinn like one big “gotcha.” They’ll assume Eric was in the dark on this betrayal and no doubt humiliate Quinn when they confront her.
Quinn will feel judged as usual, which just goes back to how she was feeling when they were on the verge of divorce.
Eric can explain and defend Quinn, but he’s put her in a terrible position – one that Brooke and Ridge definitely aren’t going to understand.
Once Ridge and Brooke know the whole story, they’ll likely argue that Quinn should’ve stayed strong despite Eric’s persistence.
Even if that’s true, Eric and Quinn’s marriage is still none of Brooke and Ridge’s business! They really don’t have a right to attack Quinn over something Eric pushed for, but they’re surely going to do it anyway.
Bottom line, Quinn will come out of this looking like some kind of passion-crazed hurtful monster and will once again become a punching bag for “Bridge.”
