But has Sheila behaved like a witch this Halloween more so than Quinn? Sheila did appear out of the thin air in the guest house while the Sinn wedding reception was taking place and has increasingly caused upset ever since.

Justin was tired. He served as Bill’s fixer for years, while Diamont’s character considered him a best friend. Both are Halloween warlock candidates.
Bill has committed many terrible acts over time and ordered Justin to handle a number of them. But, as of this Halloween, does Bill’s cover-up of the Vincent Walker (Joe LoCicero) hit-and-run override Justin’s exploitation of that event?
Kidnapping Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was wacky. Then, Justin follows that up by offering his services to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) after Bill fired him and told Spears’ character that their friendship was dead.

Quinn is this year’s Halloween witch representative on B&B. She is a user, like Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has repeatedly stated. And forcing the love out of Eric, along with the Quarter issue, further confirms just how awful Quinn is.
Justin defeats Bill to become this Halloween’s warlock representative on B&B. He tried to put Bill and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) in prison when both men were not guilty because of the trap Vinny set.
Bill has been bad in the past. But Justin takes the warlock title from the man who has often worn this crown due to the betrayal.
