The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) may end up making a dating decision and taking Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) restored family with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) as the final sign to move on.
Thomas would love nothing more than to have Hope right by his side as a couple, but she’s completely devoted to Liam. This Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) crisis has only strengthened Liam and Hope’s bond despite the time apart.
Hope truly adores Liam and has talked about putting their family back together nonstop.
B&B hasn’t offered any kind of buildup to suggest that Hope’s romantically interested in Thomas or that she ever will be.
Things could change somewhere down the line, but right now Thomas would be a fool to sit around and wait for Hope to love him back.
Thomas would be better off pursuing something new – and there have been multiple dialogue hints that it might happen.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) expressed hope that his son might move on with another lucky lady not too long ago.
After Thomas went missing due to Justin Barber’s (Aaron D. Spears) plot, Ridge once again discussed the possibility of Thomas moving on.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly) thought it’d be nice if Thomas had found a new woman to keep him busy.
Brooke would certainly love it if Thomas developed a healthy interest in someone else and permanently ended his obsession with Hope.
Since there’s been talk about Thomas potentially dating again on more than one occasion, does that mean the show’s gearing up for a new romantic chapter?
Could Thomas finally be allowed to move on from his Hope fixation and accept that she’ll remain a friend as well as a co-parent?
Thomas will have to stand by and watch as free Liam reclaims his family.
It could make Thomas feel like a bit of an outsider again and force him to rethink his future. If it becomes crystal clear to Thomas that Hope isn’t an option and never will be, he might reenter the dating pool.
Thomas mostly just used Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) when they got together, but he could be drawn to someone for real this time and not worry about scheming.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) found her Prince Charming when she fell for John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), so Thomas needs a gorgeous and kind person to move on with, too.
Will the dating hints add up to something? Will Thomas really let go of Hope romantically and concentrate on a future with another woman?
Liam’s freedom should seal the deal on his future with Hope for a while, so stay tuned to see if that’ll drive Thomas down a different path.
