The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, March 12, teases that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will excitedly spill some jaw-dropping news to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Hope will be puzzled over what Thomas is trying to explain as he recaps all the chaos at the hospital lab. B&B fans know huge revelations like this often come with tons of buildup, so Thomas will probably struggle to get to the heart of the matter.
When Thomas mentions his fight with Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) and the punches that were thrown, it’ll leave Hope worried.
Hope should be relieved Thomas wasn’t seriously injured, but she’ll be confused about John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) getting tangled up in all this drama. Thomas may not make much sense at first, but things will ultimately click into place for Hope.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will insist Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) isn’t the father of Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) baby.
After Hope learns Vinny altered the test so Finn wouldn’t look like the “baby daddy,” she may not understand why. Thomas will likely battle some guilt over that part since Vinny did it in an effort to help Thomas win over Hope.
Of course, none of this is Thomas’ fault. In fact, no one would’ve ever known the truth if Thomas hadn’t picked up on Vinny’s red flags and relentlessly pursued the real story. In the end, Hope should be grateful that Thomas stepped up and did the right thing.
Naturally, Hope will feel like she has to get in touch with Liam as soon as possible and relay this shocker. Hope may already find herself thinking about what this means for their marriage.
On one hand, Hope’s been wishing that Finn were the father instead. On the other hand, Hope knows it doesn’t erase Liam’s night with Steffy or magically fix the broken trust between “Lope.”
Nevertheless, Hope will be glad to know the truth and will be eager to fill Liam in. As for Steffy, she’ll interrupt Finn’s attempt to tell her about Vinny’s sneaky move and the fact that this is their baby, not another “Steam” kid.
Steffy will think Finn’s simply hoping she’ll stay and let him be part of raising her ex’s child, but she won’t want that for Finn.
Finn will keep pushing Steffy to listen and will finally declare that their wish has come true. Steffy’s baby belongs to Finn, so what they’ve known in their hearts all along is true.
Now they’ll have evidence to back it up, so Steffy will cry happy tears and likely fall into Finn’s embrace. This moment deserves a kiss, so Steffy and Finn will likely lock lips outside the cliff house.
Steffy will be relieved to know she doesn’t have to run away from Finn and escape to Paris with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
