The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, August 19, teases that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will spark Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) Forrester fight while Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) faces a painful new beginning.
First, Finn will deal with guilt and maybe even some regrets about the heart emoji he replied to Sheila with. Although Finn didn’t feel right about not responding, he may worry he’s made a mistake.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will sit down with Finn and remind him of how important it is to keep Sheila at a distance.
Of course, Ridge will argue that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the kids have to come above all else – and that includes Finn’s birth mother.
Ridge will get that this is complicated for Finn, but they can’t take chances when it comes to Steffy, Hayes Forrester Finnegan and even Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray).
Steffy and the children are indeed what matters most to Finn, so he’ll feel bad about keeping his wife out of the loop on Sheila’s text and his reply.
Ridge will add to that guilt by pushing Finn to spread the word if Sheila dares to contact him again.
Finn may be tempted to come clean about his interaction with Sheila, but it looks like he’ll ultimately keep his mouth shut.
As for Sheila, she’ll remain incredibly proud of Finn and the fine man he’s turned into.
Sheila is no longer interested in leaving LA since she has hope for a firm place in her son’s life.
Finn inadvertently gave Sheila that hope through his heart emoji, so Sheila will become more and more infatuated with the idea of being part of Finn’s world.
Naturally, Sheila will know she has to take a stand against any Forresters who stand in her way.
Sheila will fight the ban Steffy’s family wants to impose and plan to carve out her motherly role by any means necessary.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn has accidentally unleashed the birth mom monster since that emoji was a game-changer.
