The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Update: Tuesday, March 23 – Hope Separates From Liam - Ignores Brooke's Reunion Push

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 23, teases that a big decision will have to be made. Before we dive in, we should mention that B&B will be preempted on Monday, March 22.

You can check out NCAA March Madness coverage if basketball is your thing, but fans will be treated to a brand-new episode of B&B once it resumes on Tuesday.

Now let’s get back to that big decision – and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will be the one who has to make it. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) once again pushed Hope for another chance and argued that it’s always been her, which is a lie if we’ve ever heard one!

If it’s always been Hope, why was Liam rushing off to sleep with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that night – and why was he telling Steffy he still loved her? It’s that last part that really hit Hope hard during her latest confrontation with Liam.

Hope still thinks Liam is a kind and generous man, but she’s also acknowledged that he’s a selfish one. As Hope mulls over exactly who she married, she’ll open up to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Brooke will expect to hear that Hope’s relieved by the paternity twist and ready to move forward with Liam. However, that’ll only be half true since Hope’s indeed relieved, but she isn’t prepared to get her marriage back on track.

Hope will continue to wrestle with Liam’s betrayal and declaration of love for Steffy –  and just how fast he did it. As The Bold and the Beautiful preview for the week of March 22-26 shows, Hope will decide to separate from Liam!

It was like Liam had no faith in his wife at all. Hope won’t know how she’s supposed to just forgive and forget after Liam broke the trust between them so badly. Although Brooke will understand Hope’s frustration and offer more unconditional support, she’ll feel like love can overcome a lot of obstacles.

Brooke and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) have overcome their fair share of cheating scandals, so Brooke won’t think one night should destroy Liam and Hope’s love story.

After Brooke makes a speech about forgiveness and what love can conquer, she’ll acknowledge that only Hope can make this choice.

Brooke clearly wants Hope to get back together with Liam and fight for their family’s future, but this won’t work if Hope’s heart isn’t in it, and it isn’t – Hope is done with Liam at least for now.

By the end of Tuesday’s episode, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope should settle on what she has to do. Hope will deliver her decision to separate from Liam by midweek – and he’s not going to like it!

Until then, Liam will have a lot to get off his chest as he confides in his dad. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) certainly isn’t going to win any awards as a love guru, but he knows a thing or two about screwing up.

Bill will cut Liam some slack as his son struggles with guilt on Tuesday’s B&B episode. He’ll most likely think Liam has to hang in there and keep hoping that things will work out in his favor.

Liam will probably have his doubts after the way he left things with Hope. Instead of taking responsibility for his actions, Liam has now steered toward blaming Thomas and acting like Hope’s partially responsible for letting Thomas draw her back in.

Liam was rambling about being vulnerable to Steffy as a result, so he was self-sabotaging with those comments for sure.

At this point, there’s probably not anything Liam could say or do to make a difference anyway. Hope is definitely leaning in the direction of splitting up, so look for her to push for a separation by Wednesday, March 24, or maybe even Tuesday’s cliffhanger.

We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news pops up. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some heartbreak is on the way next week, so stay tuned. CDL will have other fantastic Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so stop by regularly.
