The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of August 30-September 3 tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will backtrack on her marriage – and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will rage at John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will also confess to Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), so here’s what viewers can expect in the week ahead.
For starters, Jack Finnegan’s (Ted King) fears will come true when Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) refuses to leave LA like she said she would.
Despite getting her original demands met, Sheila will make even more and leave Jack scrambling to appease her so he can keep his bio dad secret under wraps.
As for Steffy, she’ll break Finn’s heart by pushing him to move out for now.
Steffy will want some space after Finn’s betrayal and the shocking sight of Sheila holding Hayes Forrester Finnegan.
It’s clear that Steffy will be pretty shaken up, so she’ll lean on Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) for comfort in the aftermath.
Ridge will be livid with Finn for allowing Sheila to get so close to her grandson.
B&B fans know Ridge has already battled concerns about Finn not grasping the Sheila danger, so this will prove he was right from Ridge’s perspective.
Of course, Finn will need someone to lean on as well – and that someone will be Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).
Paris will check on Finn after his marriage turmoil hits, so he’ll confide his complicated feelings and get her full support.
Finn will face another crushing blow when Steffy refuses to sign their marriage certificate, which obviously won’t be filed either.
Finn may insist Sheila doesn’t have to come between them, but Steffy just won’t be willing to commit to a marriage with Sheila’s biological son at this juncture – not when he’s letting Sheila manipulate him.
Sheila’s rage toward Steffy will head into dangerous territory, so Steffy had better watch out once she becomes a true target.
Finn will also find himself facing Liam’s wrath for the risk he brought to Steffy and Kelly Spencer’s (Avalon and Collette Gray) lives.
Meanwhile, Carter will make a confession to Quinn, so he may admit he’s been thinking about her nonstop and perhaps wondering what might’ve been.
Carter might even confess that he was hoping Quinn would change her mind and come back to him in the end, but he’ll understand this is what’s best for Quinn and Eric Forrester (John McCook).
If Quinn reveals Eric’s erectile dysfunction diagnosis, Carter may be even more convinced that Quinn has to be a devoted wife. Eric needs Quinn right by his side for the crisis he’s facing.
After their discussion, Carter will accept that he has to put Quinn in the rearview mirror.
That’ll leave Carter feeling reflective about the passionate connection he shared with Quinn and how difficult it’s going to be to let something so special go.
Since Ridge and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will keep ranting about Quinn, Eric will put them both on full blast and urge them to just stay out of this.
Eric will deliver repeated warnings to stop interfering with his marriage and will make sure Quinn knows she’s loved.
