The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that new details are emerging on the looming murder mystery, so let’s talk about what’s in store. B&B’s keeping a tight lid on some crucial elements of this hot plot, so there’ll be some surprises along the way.
However, the latest info helps narrow down who the victim is and offers some clues about the devastating aftermath.
For starters, we know that a shocking death will change the lives of the Forresters, Spencers and Logans forever. This death has to be someone who ties in with those families and would affect them in some way.
According to SOD’s new cover, one of the following characters will die: Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), Katie Logan (Heather Tom), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) or Flo Logan (Katrina Bowden).
We can probably go ahead and take Shauna off that list since a) her death wouldn’t really affect those three core families much at all and b) Shauna’s friendship with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will be tested in the coming weeks.
B&B’s spring preview info focused on that, so Shauna has to be around if her friendship with Quinn is going to be put to the test.
Finn certainly isn’t dying either since he’s involved in this major love story with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Finn and Steffy’s spring preview highlighted the fact that they’d be coasting along and most likely headed toward their marriage, so Finn will be just fine.
There’s really been no buildup that would even hint at Katie’s demise, so maybe we can rule her out, too. When it comes to Thomas, it seems like there’s a lot of gas left in the tank when it comes to his story with Hope.
We also have spring preview info that points to Thomas not giving up on Hope and their future together, so that shift still needs to play out.
As for Vinny, he seemed like the logical murder victim early on, but he perhaps doesn’t fit with the latest details about this stunning death.
After Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) takes matters into his own hands, he’ll have to face the ramifications of his own actions.
There’ll be some emotional moments as the body is identified – and shockwaves will be sent all over the canvas as the crushing news spreads. It almost sounds more like Flo might be killed off.
Perhaps Flo could land in the wrong place at the wrong time and get murdered by mistake. Maybe Bill will think it’s his fault early on before more twists change the game.
This would certainly explain why The Bold and the Beautiful writers have been going so over the top with Flo’s happiness lately. Are they setting Flo up for a deadly exit?
Maybe the goal has been to make it seem like Flo was going to live happily ever after and then yank it all away in one murderous moment.
Flo has just been embraced by her family and has claimed the name of Logan as her own. She also accepted Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) marriage proposal, which brought his insistence that he never wanted to be apart ever again. Wyatt may have no choice if Flo ends up dead!
