The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, March 8, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will discuss what’s next. Y&R fans know Sharon reluctantly agreed to give couples therapy a shot.
Although Sharon doesn’t see the same benefits as Rey, she’s willing to do whatever she has to do. Sharon intends to work hard to put her marriage back together, so counseling is an important step.
Rey would feel more comfortable with a third party to help them work through this – an outside observer who can hopefully understand both perspectives.
Since Rey hates Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) guts and Sharon always seems to give Adam a pass, they need someone who doesn’t know Adam and isn’t on either side.
On Monday, Rey and Sharon will likely go over a list of marriage counselors and settle on an appointment time once one has been chosen. Of course, Sharon might drop another hint about how this isn’t really necessary from her perspective.
Rey may wonder if Sharon is bailing on the idea, but Sharon will stick to the plan and indeed be willing to attend a counseling session with Rey.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Rey and Sharon will kick off a mission to save their marriage on Monday’s episode. However, the real work should come later.
Y&R fans can expect Iris (Kathryn Browning) the marriage counselor to hear Sharon and Rey out on March 12 – though it’s possible Iris will appear sometime between now and then as part of the appointment setup.
Regardless, we should also talk about Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) progress. Chelsea is fiercely determined at this point, so her recovery is moving right along. Friday’s episode brings an impressive milestone as Chelsea stands up from her wheelchair on her own.
On Monday, Chelsea will stun Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) by speaking and will most likely show her that she can stand, too. Nevertheless, Chelsea will insist she doesn’t want Adam to know about any of it.
Chelsea’s revenge plan hinges on keeping Adam in the dark, so she’ll trust Chloe to keep her recovery developments a secret.
Unfortunately, Chelsea’s scheme will hit a snag in Monday’s episode. Adam might overhear part of Chloe’s conversation with Chelsea and get excited over Chelsea talking back to her.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will face an extremely close call that could put her whole plot in jeopardy.
Luckily, Chloe will swoop in and pull off a last-minute save. Chloe will probably manage to explain away whatever Adam thinks he saw or heard, so Chelsea should be able to keep her secret plot for vengeance going strong.
