The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 12 through July 23, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a trap in mind for Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) bring back their risky bond. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will also face a sneak attack, so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
During the week of July 12-16, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have a confession to make – and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be on the receiving end of it.
Billy may admit he doesn’t think Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) is quite as innocent as she seems.
Tara will prove it after she leaks a secretly recorded video that paints Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) as a total jerk whose health is fading fast.
Ashland will flip out over the leak, but Victoria will have a calming influence.
Victoria and Ashland will mainly focus on their upcoming merger announcement, but Ashland will still think it’d be a good idea to deal with this terminal illness story with an official statement.
As for Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), she still won’t be in contact with the people she loves. There’ll be growing concerns over missing Mariah and the fishy business trip she supposedly went on.
Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) will pop back up and head over to the Chancellor mansion to see what he can do.
Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will end up lashing out at each other, but fear will no doubt be fueling the conflict.
Of course, Stitch’s presence will be suspicious considering he’s supposed to be back in Iowa.
There’s much more than meets the eye when it comes to Stitch these days, so he may be holding Mariah captive.
Stitch doesn’t seem all that mentally stable, so he may have gone off the rails and resorted to some wild behavior.
Sharon will be reunited with a friendly face soon after Stitch returns, so it sounds like she’s going to cross paths with him. Sharon won’t realize that Stitch most likely had a hand in Mariah’s disappearance!
Once Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) comes home from Italy, she’ll turn on the phony charm with Tara and see if she can find out her secrets.
Billy and Phyllis will ultimately team up on a plot to expose Tara’s shady side, so they should be quite the pair of power exes!
Meanwhile, Victor will reluctantly stand down and let Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) travel with his mom.
After Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) release, she’ll head out of state with Connor to help Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach) with her broken hip recovery.
Victor will also come through for Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), who’ll need his help to clear Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) and take Sutton down.
During the week of July 19-23, Victor will set a trap and hope to catch Sutton in it. Will Victor be able to outsmart Amanda’s grandfather and crumble his web of lies?
Back with Victoria, she’ll face a sneak attack that leaves her worried.
If the merger contracts still aren’t signed by then or there’s some sort of loophole, he could leave Victoria with fears that the whole deal will fall through. Then again, the attack could be from Ashland himself if this has all been a game to him.
Next, Y&R spoilers say Adam will confide in Sharon. It could be dangerous for Sharon and Adam to do too much bonding considering their history, so we’ll see how it all plays out.
Finally, Tara will decide it’s time to make a bold move for Kyle. She’ll do something that’ll surely make her romantic interest known and perhaps stir up some passion on both sides.
Perhaps Tara will steal a kiss and hope that Kyle reciprocates.
