The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will decide it’s time to pay Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) a visit. Nick will no doubt feel terrible for Chelsea under the circumstances.
Like Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), Nick thinks Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is behind the poisoning plot and feels like his brother is trash for abandoning Chelsea in her debilitated state.
Of course, Y&R fans know things aren’t as they seem! Chelsea set Adam up to take the fall for her own scheme, so she’s the one who forced Rey into the hospital following his exposure to thallium.
Chelsea is the reason Adam was forced to go into hiding, but Nick won’t suspect any of this as he visits Chelsea during the week of April 5-9.
Nick will likely want to sit down with Chelsea and express how sorry he is for what she’s going through. He’ll want Chelsea to know that he’s there for her and can help with whatever she needs.
Nick may hope this has opened Chelsea’s eyes to Adam’s true colors. He might argue that Chelsea doesn’t have to rely on Adam anymore and count on the charges to give Chelsea an Adam-less future.
However, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick’s visit with Chelsea will bring a shocker. Their time together will take a stunning turn, so it certainly sounds like Nick will find out Chelsea’s lying about her stalled recovery.
It’s possible Nick will step in another room to get something for Chelsea – giving her the opportunity to let her guard down briefly. There’s even a chance Nick will leave, forget something and return to the penthouse.
Regardless, Nick may see Chelsea looking almost back to normal. Chelsea might even be up walking around talking to herself depending on how this plays out.
The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Nick’s going to have some questions about Chelsea the big faker! It shouldn’t take Nick long to realize Chelsea’s been pretending her recovery was stalled to dupe Adam.
Will Nick also put the rest of the puzzle pieces together? Will Nick realize Chelsea would’ve had a motive to frame Adam by poisoning Rey herself? Whatever the case, it looks like Nick will bust Chelsea and push for answers.
