The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, April 1, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have a heated showdown.
There’s a good chance Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be at the center of the conflict since Adam’s facing attempted murder charges and is currently on the run.
Victoria will no doubt use this opportunity to say “I told you so” and act like Victor should’ve known Adam would pull something like this. When Victor defends Adam as usual, Victoria will think her father’s being ridiculous.
Victoria feel like no matter what Adam does, Victor can never seem to see the truth about his nightmare of a son.
Of course, Victor should have faith in Adam, but there’s a problem since he was planning to hand over the reins to Cyaxares. Will Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) even agree to let Victor finalize the deal now?
It certainly doesn’t seem like a smart business move, so Victoria may think she should become the Cyaxares winner instead. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) already placed a call to Ashland hoping to make a counteroffer, so we’ll see who the final victor is in this fierce war.
In the meantime, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will grow suspicious of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Phyllis recently decided it was time to play hardball and call Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) ex, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) from The Bold and the Beautiful.
However, Wyatt wasn’t very keen on stirring up trouble for Sally the last time Y&R fans saw him. It was Wyatt’s latest love, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), who did all the Sally trashing.
That could mean Phyllis is working an angle that won’t really help her since Wyatt would rather let the past go.
Nevertheless, Phyllis’ determination will be on full display on Thursday, April 1. Lauren will call Phyllis’ motives into question, so she may wonder why Phyllis is so determined to take Sally down.
Is this really just about protecting Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)? Does Phyllis have some deep need for a rival like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) suggested?
It’s probably all of the above – with a dash of lingering feelings for Jack thrown in! Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will be ready to come at Sally even harder, but Lauren certainly won’t approve.
As for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), they’ll give Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) a warm welcome back to Genoa City.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will also be part of this Moses recast debut since he’ll be serving as a mentor to the teen, who wants to study medicine.
