The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that there’ll be some troubling evidence found at Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) house. After Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) bloodwork raises suspicions, the cops will do a very thorough sweep of the cottage.
Rey is one of their own, so the GCPD’s detectives will no doubt work extra hard as they try to solve this mystery.
Some of Rey’s belongings will be collected and tested, so Sharon will hope it leads to a break in the case. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will be taken aback by the results of that search.
It turns out Rey has been exposed to significant amounts of thallium through his body wash, hair gel and shaving cream.
Of course, this means someone set out to intentionally poison Rey through this plot. Thallium is dangerous stuff, so this will be disturbing news for Sharon and anyone else who cares about Rey.
The fact that someone got his or her hands on Rey’s personal items will certainly be upsetting.
Sharon will freak over someone coming in her home to target her husband – and she’ll eventually point the finger at Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Between the missing Adam-related knick-knacks and the texts Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) sent while posing as Adam, Sharon will have some good reasons to think her ex is responsible.
It looks like Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will carry out another task that adds to the suspicions Adam’s facing – and Y&R spoilers suggest that’ll leave Adam blaming her for the setup.
We should note that Adam will also walk in on Chelsea looking much further along in her recovery than she’s been letting on.
Adam could start putting the pieces together and realize Chelsea’s scheming to take him down with Chloe’s help. Naturally, there’s someone else involved here since Chloe wasn’t responsible for the thallium in Rey’s personal hygiene products.
From the get-go, Chloe has been concerned about making sure no one else was harmed because of Chelsea’s vengeful plans.
If Chelsea is indeed to blame through another accomplice, Chloe’s sure to flip out on her. Making Rey seriously ill in the hospital wasn’t supposed to be part of the deal!
Nevertheless, we wouldn’t put it past Chelsea in this determined state. Chelsea may have been willing to play as dirty as it took to make sure Adam was out of the picture.
