The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) may warn Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) away from Noah Newman (Rory Gibson). If this relentless Spectra pursues Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) vulnerable nephew, there’s going to be trouble in more ways than one!
Rory Gibson is set to make his debut as a Noah Newman recast this fall, so it sounds like Adam and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) persistence will pay off.
Victor and Adam have been trying to get Noah to come work for them at Newman Media, so Noah will likely cave in and make the move back to Genoa City as a result.
Of course, that means Noah and Sally will end up working at the same company if all goes well. Chances are good Sally will set her sights on Noah next, but will her motive be new love or perhaps just provoking the green-eyed monster?
It’s possible Sally will get frustrated with Adam pumping the brakes and decide she’ll just upgrade to the latest handsome Newman in town.
It’s also possible Sally will use Noah to make Adam jealous. Either way, Sharon is sure to hate the idea of Sally and Noah potentially dating.
Everyone in Genoa City knows Sally is manipulative by now – and we’ve seen that Sharon is awfully protective when it comes to her children’s love lives.
Noah had a woman he was falling for in London the last time Y&R addressed his love life, so he may come home following a breakup.
That could leave Noah even more susceptible to Sally’s charms, so Sharon will no doubt be on guard.
Sally found a fierce foe in Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), which was mostly because of Phyllis’ protective nature when it came to her daughter. You mess with Summer Newman (Hunter King), you mess with Phyllis!
Now Sharon may be the protective mom poised to take Sally on. Sharon may see right through any attempts to make Adam jealous and object to Noah getting manipulated.
Since Phyllis and Sally’s war has gotten a bit stale, it makes sense for Y&R to offer a new one. Sharon and Sally’s battle could be coming next, so it’s something to think about as we get ready for Noah’s return.
