The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the show’s shocking fall preview promises unraveling mysteries, revenge plots, new romances and more. Here’s your first glimpse of the autumn action and all the drama it’ll bring to Genoa City.
Y&R fans know Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) won’t rest until Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has all the facts about Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and his past.
Victoria doesn’t want Victor or anyone else butting in for that matter, so that certainly goes for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), too.
Nevertheless, Victor and Billy will both keep digging for the truth. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will find an investigative angle to work as well – and he’ll even get Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on board with helping him.
As for Billy, he’ll face some relationship hurdles with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) since he obviously seems pretty obsessed with his former flame’s love life.
Victoria will put up a fight, but she’ll eventually have to drop the denial and realize she doesn’t know all that much about Ashland’s shady history.
It looks like Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will become increasingly interested in making Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) her man, but Adam is always going to be drawn to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).
Sally may have her work cut out for her as she tries to keep Adam’s attention.
Of course, Victor will think Adam’s focus needs to be on Newman Media and the empire they’re trying to build. As for Chelsea, she’ll come back into the picture with an explosive new fall story following Melissa Claire Egan’s maternity leave.
Y&R viewers will have to figure out if Chelsea’s truly changed for the better – or if there’s the potential for her to spiral out of control again!
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) feelings will present a problem this fall. Since Jack still loves Phyllis and might want another shot with her deep down, Nick may feel threatened in his relationship.
Jack will keep leaning on Phyllis in times of crisis – and he’ll also use Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) as a sounding board.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will get a warm welcome home when they return to Genoa City for an October visit.
Look for Noah Newman to come home as well – this time in the form of Rory Gibson as a recast.
Over with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), her war with Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) will suddenly be back on.
Sutton will seek vengeance for Amanda’s betrayal, but Amanda will strike back and work to make her grandfather pay for Richard Nealon’s untimely death.
Amanda will also be there for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), who’ll struggle to figure out just how hands-on he should be in Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor’s life.
Meanwhile, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will have to lean on her family as a support system while Chance Chancellor (last played by Donny Boaz) remains unreachable and out of the picture.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will face difficulties of her own as she battles despair over being separated from the baby and proposes a major life change to Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
Since Mariah will miss the baby so much, she may want to speed things up when it comes to starting a family with Tessa.
