The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, April 1 Recap – Faith Meets Moses – Phyllis LA Plan for Sally – Adam’s Sharon Plea

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, April 1 Recap – Faith Meets Moses – Phyllis LA Plan for Sally - Adam’s Sharon Plea

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 1, reveals that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will approach Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at The Grand Phoenix, but Phyllis will just ignore her.

Sally will push Phyllis’ buttons until she gets a rise out of her, but Summer Newman (Hunter King) will swoop in to prevent her mom from causing a scene.

After Sally leaves on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Phyllis will apologize to Summer and admit she’s exhausted from worrying about Faith all night.

Summer and Phyllis will hate that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are going through another situation that’s so similar to Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) fatal crash. Phyllis will insist Faith just has to be OK.

At the hospital, Nick and Sharon will inform Faith that she’s been in an accident. It’ll dawn on Faith what happened, so she’ll be sorry for doing something stupid and acknowledge how scared her parents must’ve been.

Faith will guess Sharon and Nick must be mad at her, but they’ll insist they’re relieved and that what matters is Faith has come back to them.

Later, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will tell Nick and Sharon that all signs point to Faith making a full recovery. He’ll suggest that Faith can hopefully go home in a couple days and finish recuperating there.

Sharon will return to Faith’s bedside and urge her to get some sleep, but she’ll refuse until she tells her mom and dad a few things they need to know.

Faith will accept responsibility for her mistake of drinking and driving. She’ll insist she’s so sorry and will wonder if her parents can ever forgive her. Nick and Sharon will assure Faith that they do.

They’ll want Faith to focus on getting better and will promise they can get through anything as a family. Faith will also hear about the good Samaritan who pulled her out of the truck and brought her to the ER.

A little later, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) will appear in Faith’s room to check on her. He’ll wonder if Faith needs anything, so she’ll ask if he works there.

Moses will admit he was looking for his cousin, but then he saw Faith all alone.

When Faith wonders if she knows Moses, he’ll suggest she “kind of” does since his dad was Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). The teens will exchange introductions.

Moses will get Faith laughing and hurt her ribs in the process, so he’ll promise to be dull and boring from then on.

After Nate walks in, he’ll gently scold Moses since he shouldn’t be bothering a patient like this and will send Moses on to Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse. Moses will hope Faith feels better, so they’ll trade smiles as he leaves.

At the ranch, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will arrive and ask for updates on Faith’s condition. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) won’t have heard anything more, but Nikki will still blame herself for the accident.

Once Nikki steps out to get some air, Victoria will mention Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and the accusations that he poisoned Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). She’ll assume Victor doesn’t believe the authorities since he refuses to see Adam for who he really is.

At Society, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will meet with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) since he’ll want to make another play for Cyaxares. He’ll stun Jack with the news about Adam being on the run and how he’s wanted for trying to kill a police officer.

Billy will think ChancComm still has a shot, so Jack will realize Billy wants him to exploit a Newman family crisis and back him financially again. Billy will clarify that he’s actually going to need a whole lot more money now.

Jack will refuse to help Billy and will strongly suggest that he stop pursuing this since he’s doing it for the wrong reasons. Billy will admit to still hating Adam, but he’ll insist this isn’t about his obsession. It’s about protecting Chancellor Communications.

Nevertheless, Jack will leave after insisting that his decision is final.

At ChancComm, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will take a call she isn’t happy about. When Billy returns, Lily will chew him out for going behind her back to set up another meeting with Ashland. Billy will argue that he wanted to get ahead of the situation and not waste time.

However, Billy will admit Jack turned him down for funding – and Lily will note that Ashland is unavailable to meet with Billy anyway. She’ll think Billy needs to accept that some things aren’t meant to be and move on.

Back with Phyllis and Summer, they’ll get a text about Faith waking up and express relief. Summer will reflect on all the teen drama and Faith’s whole situation.

Phyllis will get intense and argue that there’s nothing a loving parent won’t do for their child. “Are we still talking about Faith right now?” Summer will ask in response.

Once Nikki hears the good news about Faith, she’ll burst back in the Newman living room and share it with Victor as well as Victoria. Nikki will rush right back out so she can call Noah Newman (Robert Adamson), who’s been waiting for updates.

That’ll leave Victor to continue his conversation with Victoria, who’ll think Adam brought his problems on himself. Victor won’t think Victoria knows anything and will complain about gossip leading to Adam facing charges.

Victor will hint that maybe it’s “Billy Boy” who’s been spreading that garbage.

Victoria will defend Billy and insist the police aren’t just randomly targeting Adam since the evidence points to him. Victor will argue that Adam wouldn’t have done anything to hurt Sharon.

Victor will add that Adam was looking forward to the start of a new life with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) as well.

Victor will also bring up how Adam was set to run Cyaxares, so he won’t think his son would’ve jeopardized all that. Victoria will think Victor should back out of the deal and let her buy the company, so he’ll rant about her taking advantage of her brother’s misfortune.

“Well, I learned that from you,” Victoria will say with a shrug.

Victor will assure Victoria that Adam will be vindicated and will be CEO of the company. He’ll accuse Victoria of being just as obsessed with her hatred for Adam as Billy.

Afterward, Victor will talk to Nikki about how important it is to have people on your side. Nikki will realize Victor means Adam, but Victor will think it’s best if they don’t discuss him.

In a moment alone, Victor will leave Adam another voicemail about how it’s stupid for him to run away. Victor will want Adam to come back and accept help. He’ll insist that they can tackle all this together.

At Jabot, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will get a text from Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) that says he’s arriving in Genoa City tomorrow. Ashland will insist they should do lunch, so Kyle will look nervous.

Kyle will immediately call Jack to leave a message about Ashland’s impending arrival and will want to talk to his dad about it.

Later, Sally will tell Jack about her exchange with Phyllis earlier. She’ll think maybe Phyllis has accepted the fact that she’s spending time with him, but Jack won’t want Phyllis to take this attitude change at face value. Jack will warn that it doesn’t mean Phyllis is coming around.

In the hotel lobby, Summer will push Phyllis to spill whatever it is she did. Phyllis will argue that Sally is more of a big city girl – and that burned bridges can be rebuilt. She’ll note that’s why she put a call into Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).

Phyllis will hope to convince Wyatt and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) that they should take a “live and let live” approach to Sally.

Phyllis will think that if the Spencers leave Sally alone, she’ll be on the first flight back to Los Angeles. Summer won’t be as certain that Phyllis can make Bill and Wyatt see things her way.

Besides, Sally has a new job and is growing closer to Jack. Summer will point out that Sally’s building a new life for herself in Genoa City and may not want to go, but Phyllis will have a plan for that, too.

Once Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) arrives, Phyllis will suggest that she needs a favor. She’ll want Sally to run Lauren’s new Fenmore’s store in LA, so Lauren will wonder why Phyllis is so eager to get rid of Sally.

Phyllis will rant about how she doesn’t trust Sally, but it won’t be good enough for Lauren to justify running Sally out of town.

Next, Victoria will propose a joint venture between Newman Enterprises and ChancComm. She’ll pitch her idea to steal the Cyaxares deal to Billy and Lily in hopes that they can make their offer to Ashland more enticing.

Lily will insist on discussing this potential privately with Victoria, so Victoria will take off.

Once they’re alone, Lily will be firmly against Victoria’s idea – and Billy will want to go for it. Billy will feel like Lily just expects him to agree with her, but he’ll hate that they’re arguing. Billy will wonder where this leaves them.

At the hospital again, Sharon will get a text from Adam. He’ll know Faith is her priority, but he’ll beg Sharon to meet with him if she believes he’s innocent. Adam will feel like Sharon is the only person he can trust to help him.

Once Sharon catches up with Rey at home, he’ll ask if Adam reached out. Sharon will lie that she hasn’t heard a thing.

After Jack finally talks to Kyle, he’ll insist on taking the Ashland meeting. Kyle will worry it might be suspicious if he doesn’t show, but Jack will think Kyle should find any excuse to avoid it. When Kyle protests, Jack will argue that his son should just leave everything to him.

Kyle will meet up with Summer at Society and admit Jack wants him to leave town for a few days. He won’t like the idea of his dad handling his problems. Summer will argue that Kyle can’t risk his future – or their future.

Kyle will insist that if Ashland is suspicious, it’d be better to tackle this head on and convince him there’s nothing to worry about.

Lauren will return to Jabot and fill Jack in on Phyllis’ latest stunt. After Sally resurfaces and asks Jack to grab a quick bite, he’ll push her to close the door.

Jack will note that there are still some things they don’t know about each other, so paranoid Sally will wonder if someone said something about her since they last spoke.

Jack will ask why Sally would jump to that conclusion. “Is there something I should know?” Jack will ask suspiciously on Thursday’s Y&R episode.

Finally, Nick will thank God for saving Faith as Phyllis appears behind him in Faith’s hospital room. It’s been a rough ordeal for the Newman clan, but The Young and the Restless spoilers say Faith will head down a better path!
