The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, June 3, tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) will make a plea for Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) help while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) faces a false alarm.
Meanwhile, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will sizzle with chemistry during their next interaction – and a suspicious Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will witness it.
First, let’s talk about Summer and all the “baby mama” drama she’s facing. Summer understands that Kyle wants to step up for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), but it’s Harrison’s mom who Summer’s most worried about.
As Summer frets over Kyle and Tara Locke’s (Elizabeth Leiner) connection, she’ll think maybe Sharon’s perspective could be useful.
Sharon has certainly rekindled her passion with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) more than a few times over the years, but they’ve reached a perfectly platonic place these days.
Nick and Sharon are successfully co-parenting without romantic attraction between them, so Summer may wonder how they achieve that.
Summer obviously won’t want things to be contentious between Tara and Kyle, but she won’t want them to get too close for comfort either. Of course, every situation is different and unpredictable.
No matter what exactly Summer needs advice on, Sharon can’t say what the future holds for Kyle and Tara.
All Sharon can do is offer a pep talk and hope that it helps Summer feel a little better. While Sharon works on that, Kyle should calm down following his latest discovery.
Wednesday’s Y&R episode, June 2, brings the realization that Tara and Harrison are missing from the Abbott house. However, there’s really no reason for them to stay cooped up now that Ashland knows where they are!
Kyle will fear Tara may have bolted with his son, but they’ll probably just be off having fun in the park or running some errands. The point of Kyle’s panic may be to highlight how much he already cares for Harrison and would miss him if he were gone.
Kyle is quite fond of Tara as well, so he should be relieved on Thursday or perhaps Friday if it takes that long to find his ex and their boy. Regardless, this seems like a false alarm since we know Tara and Harrison will be sticking around for much more drama.
Next, Ashland will have another pleasant conversation with Victoria as they keep connecting and understanding each other. There’ll be some sparkly scenes between them as they build toward what could be a steamy romance.
ikki will certainly see the potential for one when she spots Victoria and Ashland in a close moment.
As for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll try to get under Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) skin. Victor will resort to some mind games following Billy’s attack on Newman Media and will no doubt warn that revenge is coming soon!
