The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of May 3-7 teases that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will anxiously await news from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who’ll be busy trying to track Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) down on the Montalvo property in Kansas.
There’ll be a tornado blowing in when Nick finds Adam down the storm cellar, but that won’t matter to Nick since Faith Newman’s (Mark Grossman) life is on the life. Adam will get updates on Faith’s need for a kidney donor – and on the fact that he’s got the same rare blood type to make him a living donor candidate.
Once Nick breaks through Adam’s initial reluctance, they’ll plan to head back to Genoa City together. That’ll soon seem impossible due to the blocked door, but Nick and Adam will join forces as they fight their way out. Before Nick can exit with Adam, the ceiling’s collapse will leave Nick wedged in the cellar on his own.
Adam will make a choice that proves quite dangerous. It sounds like Adam will put his own life on the line to make sure Nick gets out and can board the Newman jet with him.
Back in Genoa City, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will get in touch with Sharon about a Kansas bombshell. Nikki should find out about the tornado and the cellar roof cave-in, so her news could leave Sharon worried about Adam and Nick’s fate.
Next on The Young and the Restless, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will plop himself down in Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) penthouse while she’s out to dinner with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Victor will await Chelsea’s return in the dark and give her quite a shock.
Chelsea will put down the cane she’s pretending to need and face Victor, who’ll insist she’s going to confess to almost killing Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) or else he’ll take custody of Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will feel panic rise up as Victor delivers his threat.
At The Grand Phoenix, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will believe he’s witnessing some sort of strange conspiracy. Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) will have a clandestine chat with Imani Benedict (Leigh Ann-Rose), so Devon will fear they may be plotting some trouble.
Imani will also raise Amanda Sinclair’s (Karla Mosley) suspicions by offering to help out with Sutton’s case. It turns out Imani also has a legal background, although she never actually took the bar exam.
Imani will suddenly shift her strategy and be nice to Amanda, who’ll contemplate embracing the help just for the sake of figuring out her half-sister’s angle.
Y&R spoilers say Devon will have a bad feeling about Imani’s creepy move, so he’ll just want Amanda to be careful. Afterward, Devon will battle some tension with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Things have been going better between the cousins lately, but there’ll be some issue that arises – one that Nate uses to get under Devon’s skin.
Back with Amanda on The Young and the Restless, she’ll face Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) questions about Sutton and how she really knows him. Michael won’t think Sutton is just any old client, so will he find out Sutton is actually Amanda’s grandfather?
Over with Rey, he’ll open up to Sharon and soothe her as she cries over Faith’s ordeal. While Rey and Sharon spend some time growing closer again, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will face Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) wrath.
Summer will decide she’s not done playing revenge games, but she’d better be prepared for Sally to dish it right back!
