The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have to pay the price for her betrayal. Y&R viewers know Victoria has been pulling some stunts that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) doesn’t approve of lately.
Victor warned that he was beginning to question Victoria’s leadership skills and was rethinking his decision to put her in charge at Newman Enterprises.
Victor made it clear that it was a problem and insisted Victoria should fix it, but Victoria’s making matters worse instead! Since Victoria spotted a used glass next to a bottle of a rare scotch brand on the ranch, she got the idea that maybe Victor was hiding Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
It was a brand Victoria knew Adam enjoyed, so she connected the dots.
After tipping Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) off to Victor harboring a fugitive in the April 16 episode, Victoria’s going to have a target on her back. Nobody betrays Victor and gets away with it! The question now becomes how Victor will make Victoria pay.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will scheme behind Victoria’s back and manage to blow up the Cyaxares deal. However, that certainly won’t be enough for angry, vengeful Victor.
Since Victoria has been causing issues all over the place, her decision to spill about Adam’s hideout should really be the last straw.
There’s a good chance Victor’s earlier hint about Victoria’s CEO status will come back into play. If Victor was rethinking Victoria’s leadership before, he’ll definitely be rethinking it now!
Victor was planning on letting Adam run Cyaxares, but that idea isn’t going to pan out. Instead, Victor may resolve to put Adam back on the Newman throne when this is all over.
Since Adam has been wrongfully accused, Victor fully intends to clear his son’s name. Of course, Adam may still be viewed as a guilty man in many ways.
The media could make it seem like Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) was driven to her breaking point by Adam’s constant pursuit of Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).
After all, there’s a steamy Sharon and Adam kiss pic online as proof! Even after Chelsea is proven guilty, it’ll be important for Victor to reclaim the narrative.
Y&R spoilers suggest Victor will need to paint Adam as a victim – a devoted husband who was duped by his crazy wife while serving as her loving caretaker.
Naturally, Victor may want to turn this into a story of power, success and redemption. He might make Adam the new CEO and argue that his son’s perseverance in the face of adversity is exactly what Newman Enterprises needs.
Since Victoria likes to blindside Victor, he may blindside his daughter right back! It’s easy to imagine Victor going public with cleared Adam as his CEO. Victoria may have to learn in the news that she’s been fired and replaced by the brother she hates.
