The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of April 26-30 tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will carry out a plan that could provide a win-win situation.
Rey will push Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to help him set a trap for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), which will put Chelsea to the test in the process.
Rey will be able to keep investigating Chelsea and the possibility that she was behind his poisoning crisis. He’ll also hope to apprehend Adam and grill him if all goes well. One way or another, Rey will intend to solve the case!
Rey will urge Chelsea to bring Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) hope under the guise of a serious illness and use that to draw Adam out of hiding.
Later, Rey will interrogate Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) in hopes of figuring out exactly how much she knows. As for Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), she’ll keep a secret under wraps for Adam’s sake.
It sounds like Sharon may find out where Adam’s new hideout is and once again lie to Rey about it.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also get a hint about where Adam’s located now, so he’ll no doubt want to help his son stay safe there or wherever Adam might head next.
When it comes to Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) medical crisis, he should make accusations in the aftermath. Victor should face backlash for refusing to get Ashland help unless he signed the Cyaxares contract.
However, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will do her best to cover for her husband. It’ll be Ashland’s word against Victor’s, so “The Moustache” won’t be in any real trouble here.
Meanwhile, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will deliver a special invitation to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Although Jack’s trying to resist Sally and all her charms, it’ll become tougher after she intensifies her reunion mission. Sally will hope she can lock in another chance with Jack, but we’ll see if her plan pays off.
Other Y&R spoilers say Faith Newman (Reylynn Cast) will suddenly keel over and cause panic for her family. A major medical issue will be discovered following Faith’s collapse – one that apparently went previously undiagnosed during her last hospital stint.
Faith will be hospitalized again as she fights to survive, so that’ll bring plenty of stress for Sharon and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Nick will resolve to help Faith by making a sacrifice, so we’ll see if that involves organ donation or something else.
Next, Amanda Sinclair (soon-to-be Karla Mosley) will uncover some startling information that makes her rethink the murder case. Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landron) past isn’t squeaky clean, so Amanda will get a clue about some shady behavior.
It could leave Amanda wondering if Sutton’s playing her and perhaps really did murder her father, Richard Nealon.
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will make a vow to Amanda, so that could involve helping her figure out the truth. We’ll provide updates as other Y&R news rolls in.
