The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of November 8 Preview – Abby Flies to Spain – Adam Offers Lily a Job

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of November 8-12 teases that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will decide she needs to take a flight to Spain and investigate starting with the safe house. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will also have a job offer for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), so let’s discuss all the Y&R drama that’s brewing.

Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will head to the Chancellor mansion and find Abby in better spirits, but it’ll only be because she’s clinging to hope. Abby will maintain that maybe Chance Chancellor (soon-to-be Connor Floyd) wasn’t in the building when the bomb blew up.

Once Abby knows where the safe house is, she’ll announce her plan to fly to Spain and piece together what happened to her husband.

Christine will seem quite concerned about Abby’s goal and may argue that it’s too dangerous. Not to mention Christine will think it’ll either be a waste of time or result in more heartbreak.

However, Abby will be determined to get some answers one way or another. Since we know Abby will turn to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for help soon, maybe she’ll ultimately recruit her brother to go in her place.

That might be the only way for Abby to get her other loved ones off her back about this.

Then again, maybe Abby will refuse to let anyone stop her mission. In that case, perhaps Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) could join Abby on a trip that would draw them closer.

Regardless, there’s the potential for some big discoveries to be made since Chance is actually alive and out there somewhere.

Meanwhile, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will testify against Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) and ask for Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) opinion on whether it was enough.

Amanda will wonder if by taking the stand, she put her grandfather one step closer to being convicted.

Michael may argue that trials can sometimes be unpredictable, but he’ll certainly hope for a win that’ll give Amanda closure and justice.

As for Lily, she’ll visit Adam at Newman Media and hope he’s willing to negotiate. Lily will want to avoid a war that could do serious damage to ChancComm, but Adam will urge her to abandon ship entirely.

Adam will present Lily with a job offer, so he’ll try to poach her and leave Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to deal with the destruction on his own.

Lily will no doubt turn Adam down, but he might leave the offer on the table – just in case Billy pushes her too far.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy and Lily have more fights ahead of them, so Lily probably shouldn’t rule out other options!
