Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) may face an engagement party disaster. Will Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) expose the Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) cheating drama at this special event?
After Allie accepts Tripp’s proposal, they’ll prepare for a new chapter together.
Allie is trying to put that hot night with Chanel behind her and just focus on a bright future with Tripp.
Despite any lingering feelings Allie might have for Chanel, she really does seem to love Tripp.
Allie is full of plenty of gratitude since Tripp is always so kind and devoted. She appreciates how she can rely on Tripp and adores the way he’s stepped up as a father figure for Henry Horton (Clyde and Nash Gunderson).
All of that explains why Allie can’t bring herself to confess her betrayal.
Allie can’t bear the thought of breaking Tripp’s heart or ruining the good thing they’ve got going.
If Allie admits she slept with Chanel behind Tripp’s back, it could blow up the family they’re creating with Henry and ruin everything.
Of course, Allie may be in denial about the depth of what she feels for Chanel.
It depends on the story DOOL writers ultimately want to tell. Regardless, Allie’s relationship is on the verge of blowing up – and it’ll be the devil’s doing!
Days spoilers say Johnny will find out about Allie and Tripp’s marriage plans.
Johnny won’t like seeing Tripp and Allie on the verge of living happily ever after, so he’ll decide to do something about that.
Since Johnny is possessed, he hates any kind of bliss when it comes to the couples on canvas.
Johnny will be particularly invested in ruining Allie’s happiness since he views her as a preachy hypocrite.
Allie disowned Johnny the last time they talked, so he surely won’t be welcome at any engagement party she might have with Tripp.
However, that won’t stop Johnny from crashing it if he gets the details beforehand!
It’s possible Days will wait until Tripp and Allie’s wedding to expose the secret, but it doesn’t look like Johnny will be able to hold out that long.
The engagement news will launch a new plot, so there may be a celebration that Johnny derails.
Johnny already accused Allie of comforting Chanel in bed after his own wedding reception mayhem.
Maybe Johnny will publicly confront Allie next time and leave her in a position where she simply can’t lie – not to Tripp’s face in front of a room full of people.
Allie’s guilt could become too much to cope with, so she may confess once Johnny stirs the pot! As other Days updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
