Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, September 9, teases that Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will score a wedding victory before Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) gets a crypt shock. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will also seek a missing Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), so here’s what Days fans can expect.
At DiMera Enterprises, Gabi will struggle to make a commitment now that Li’s down on one knee asking her to marry him.
However, Li will explain why the timing is right – at least from his perspective.
Once Li begs Gabi to see things his way and let go of “dead” Stefan, she’ll get on board.
Li will happily slip that engagement ring on Gabi’s finger and look forward to their wedding day.
Of course, Gabi is still married to Stefan, who’s confused following Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) programming.
Kristen rushed this process along, so now she’s lost control of the patient.
After Kristen sent Stefan to Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) hotel suite, he wound up at the DiMera crypt instead.
Now that Ava DiMera (Tamara Braun) has seen Stefan, she once again assumes she’s looking at Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Stefan and Ava will face some baffling moments, but she may soon realize she’s got the wrong twin brother.
Once Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) finishes blasting EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) over the way he’s been treating Ava, he’ll turn his attention back to the object of his desire.
Days spoilers say Ava and Johnny’s chemistry will take over along with their growing connection, so they’ll surrender to kiss temptation.
As for Kristen, she’ll raise red flags for Chloe and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Kristen will act awfully strange as she tries to figure out where Stefan might’ve gone – though she obviously won’t spill the truth.
Brady and Chloe won’t know what Kristen is up to this time, but they’ll feel confident more trouble is on the horizon.
Later, it’ll be Gabi’s turn to cross paths with Stefan in the crypt. That’ll leave Gabi blown away in what’ll likely be Friday’s DOOL cliffhanger.
