Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Alexander “Alex” Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) have hot pairing potential. Camila Banus and Robert Scott Wilson could be sizzling scene partners if DOOL will just take advantage of this opportunity.
Now that Wilson is coming back to Days as Alex, he won’t be locked into any established pairings.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will remain happy together offscreen while Wilson’s new character finds love with someone else in Salem.
The question is: Who will Alex fall for? There could be all kinds of interesting matches for Alex, so it’ll be fun to see what pairing the show settles on.
However, we can think of at least one couple that’d be great to watch and would have some steamy chemistry.
What about Alex and Gabi? Since Wilson and Banus have shared scenes before, we already know their characters would look good together.
Although Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) comeback seems to be in the works, Days writers take their sweet time reuniting popular pairings.
There’s pretty much no way Gabi and Stefan will just fall back into each other’s arms like no time has passed.
Instead, the show will offer obstacles and create a long, winding journey for Gabi.
Alex could be part of that journey since he’s about to be single and ready to mingle.
It seems likely Alex will land at Titan and could perhaps give Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) some competition for the CEO seat.
Gabi has a thing for attractive executives, so it’s easy to imagine her falling for Alex next.
Maybe Gabi could do some clashing with Alex beforehand since she tends to end up in “enemies to lovers” types of storylines.
Regardless, it’d be a shame to see Days squander the exciting pairing potential that Gabi and Alex have.
Camila Banus and Robert Scott Wilson seem like they’d work well together onscreen, so maybe Alex should land in Gabi’s orbit.
Even if it wasn’t a true love match, a hot fling would work, too!
