Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 9, teases that Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) will fume over Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) private room. Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will also take a step forward together, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
In the secret lab, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will have his hands full with another key player in Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) revival.
Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) offered money for this project and has been checking in along the way, but now he’ll want to delay Stefan’s wakeup call.
Since Li has fallen hard for Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), he doesn’t want her rushing back into Stefan’s arms.
Li also needs a chance to determine the role he wants Stefan to play at DiMera Enterprises, so he’ll demand Dr. Rolf’s cooperation.
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is pushing for Stefan to wake up ASAP, so it’s easy to see how Li’s opposition will become a problem.
Nevertheless, Li will trust Dr. Rolf to hold off on awakening Stefan and buy him some more time.
Other Days spoilers say Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will have a proposition for Kristen to mull over.
Since Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is so stressed out over her war with Kristen, Brady may hope he can call it off.
Perhaps Brady will try to strike a deal involving Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) or something else Kristen would find valuable.
Although Brady doesn’t want to use his daughter as a pawn, Rachel clearly adores her mother.
Brady may recognize that and suggest they can reach an agreement about splitting time with her.
Then again, Brady’s deal might be about Basic Black and some business-related incentive.
Regardless, it’s obvious Kristen can’t be trusted, so it doesn’t really matter whether she strikes the deal or not!
Kristen is always going to do whatever she wants in the end.
Elsewhere, Shawn and Belle will talk about where things stand in their fragile relationship.
Now that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) is gone and the baby is out of the picture, where does that leave Belle and Shawn?
Fortunately, Days spoilers say Shawn and Belle will be on the same page about trying to repair the damage.
Although it’ll be a long road back to a healthy marriage, Belle and Shawn will take a big step toward progress.
Over with Eric, he’ll chat with Nicole outside the pub and perhaps get quizzed about his date with Jada.
Once Jada appears, she’ll sense that Nicole is stuck on Eric and doesn’t like the idea of him dating someone else.
Of course, Jada won’t care since Eric is single now – especially since she knows Nicole cheated on him with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer).
Soon after, Nicole will struggle to contain her jealousy as Eric and Jada head to a private room.
It’ll lead Nicole to the conclusion that Jada and Eric are going to hit the sheets.
However, DOOL fans already know what’s happening here.
Eric promised to show Jada a room that’s available to rent, so their upstairs rendezvous won’t be as scandalous as it seems.
Even so, Nicole’s obsession with Eric and his new love interest will lead to problems.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will pick up on Nicole’s discomfort as the week goes on, so Days viewers can expect some tension.
