Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 17, teases that Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) vanishing act will be explained while Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) explodes over a Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) tragedy.
At the pub, DOOL fans can expect Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) to make it back to Salem, but he won’t have Sami along for the ride.
That’ll leave Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) uneasy considering Lucas kidnapped Sami not too long ago!
Days spoilers say Kate will put Lucas through a grilling session and hope nothing nefarious has happened again.
Of course, Lucas will have an explanation for Sami’s disappearance and work to reassure Kate as well as Roman Brady (Josh Taylor).
Even so, Kate will worry about this whole Sami situation and the possibility that Lucas’ past actions will blow up in his face.
There may be a perfectly reasonable excuse for Sami’s absence this time around, but Lucas’ prior snatching is bound to be exposed down the road.
In the meantime, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will return to the pub and fill Eric in on Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) near-death experience.
Allie would’ve died if it hadn’t been for Tripp’s willingness to make the ultimate sacrifice.
Lucas will join Allie, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) at Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) place, so they’ll all band together to help Allie cope.
Once Allie gets updates on some of the drama that went down while she was possessed, she’ll inevitably feel guilty.
However, Lucas and the others will assure Allie that she’s not responsible for the devil’s dastardly deeds.
Of course, Allie will still hate the thought of Tripp sacrificing his life to save hers – especially since she cheated on him with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).
Days spoilers say Allie will hope Tripp pulls through and so will John Black (Drake Hogestyn) as he takes Tripp to the hospital.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will be alerted to Tripp’s horrible condition, but he’ll know his son’s in the best hands possible with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) working to save him.
Unfortunately, Kayla can’t work miracles and won’t be able to keep Tripp alive.
That means Ava’s going to get some tragic news after her evening with Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is interrupted in the town square.
Ava will show up and mourn along with Steve, but she’ll also want to rip into Kayla for her failure.
Next on Tuesday’s Days episode, Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) will share guidance with Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) as they begin the journey of parenthood.
After that, Bo will make a stop in deceased Tripp’s room and give Steve a double DOOL shocker.
It’ll be quite the bombshell to see Bo’s spirit, but the biggest shock of all should be when Bo brings Tripp back from the dead.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Bo will indeed change Tripp’s fate, so some amazing moments are on the way.
