Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, July 13, teases that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will play with fire while Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) faces double heartbreak. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will also land in a tight spot, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
At Sami and Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) derailed wedding, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will stand by his latest claims.
Now that Chad has barged in, he’s insisting that Lucas kidnapped Sami and possibly murdered Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) to keep her quiet.
Sami will struggle to believe any of this at first, but guilt-ridden Lucas should confess to abducting her eventually – though he may argue he did it as an EJ intervention.
Of course, Lucas will beg for forgiveness and hope his relationship with Sami can still be salvaged, but she’ll break things off on the spot.
The fact that Lucas lied all this time and set EJ up for her kidnapping will be too much for Sami to get past.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will console Sami in the aftermath of all these horrible revelations, but Sami will really be fuming.
Days spoilers say Sami will yank her wedding ring off and most likely hurl it against the wall.
Sami will no doubt be glad that Chad interrupted before she made things official with Lucas.
It’ll eventually dawn on Sami that she needs to apologize to EJ and perhaps plead for another chance at romance.
Sadly, Sami may be on the verge of catching EJ in a steamy moment with Belle.
Days spoilers say Belle and EJ will play with fire – though they won’t realize that’s what they’re doing.
EJ and Belle couldn’t have known that Sami would rush over from the church to the DiMera mansion, but that’s what’ll play out.
Since Belle and EJ will do some commiserating in the bedroom, Sami may witness a sizzling scene soon enough.
In other words, Lucas will break Sami’s heart before she heads over to get it broken again by EJ, who’s been hooking up with her sister.
Sami’s emotions will be all over the place by the time this rotten day winds down!
Elsewhere, Kate will decide to face the music. Although Kate could continue lying to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), she’s battling some guilt and worries of her own.
Kate will land in a tight spot as Roman potentially wonders how much Kate knew and when she knew it.
DOOL fans can expect Kate to make a full confession within the next episode or two, so she’ll admit she knew the kidnapping truth long before now.
As for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), he’ll be livid over Lucas abducting Sami and pinning the crime on EJ.
Johnny will blast Lucas for destroying his parents’ lives, so he’ll definitely be seething over this whole situation.
Chad will want to keep the focus on the murder investigation and may call Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to push for an arrest.
Lucas will have some explaining to do, but he’ll struggle since he’s missing memories from the night Abigail was killed.
Nevertheless, Lucas should confess to Sami’s kidnapping and will at least have to pay the price for that.
